It surely wasn't dropped off that way. Brought it back and they did not have the proper belt but ordered ordered one right. They asked me to bring it back again to put it on however I had to cover the belt cost. The right thing to do would to be send a mechanic to my house and have it put on for free. This wasn't my mistake and the mechanic himself said "sorry" when I was there. Not coming back.

Seeing as I did not get a response to the voice messages that I left him following an initial interaction in which we misunderstood what we were speaking of on this topic, I have decided to lower my five-star review of his establishment to a four-star one. One competitor (if you can even call them one) was Tropic Window Tinting. They have mostly good reviews, aside from a couple that stood out. One of them was a review about them damaging the weather-stripping on a customer's car. Their response: "sorry for the inconvenience"... wow! A second poor review Tropic had was that they misaligned window tint on a window so there was sunlight leaking through the side. Their response was, "sorry you weren't happy." What kind of company says that to a customer? Doug at Sunrays will redo your tint for free if something comes out wrong; and he will bump an appointment or make time for you to get it done, rather than make you wait or deny responsibility. Regardless, his work looks perfect. Nevertheless, that tell you the kind of person you're dealing with.
