They even have a decent selection of older toys you won't be able to find elsewhere. Especially blind bag/box toys that are all the rage. For example, I saw Lego CMFs that were 2+ series old in stock. That really surprised me. And for a decent price too. I will say the staff is kinda non existent. They stick to the register & monitor things from there. If you need help, they'll do so, but the won't go out of their way. Prices are also...fine. I think you're paying a tad for convenience & to cover their retail space overhead. It might be cheaper to find some of these things online, but you can get them right then & there which, for me, will trump saving a couple dollars buying online. Optimus Toys brought me back to my childhood when you walked in to a toy store & were mesmerized with the potential of all the toys. Sure it's to a much smaller scale here, but it's still a fun place to check out and to show your kids. It's w great place to bring kids before their birthdays to scope out what types of things they might want for gifts.

I spent a good amount of time at the bulk bins, which are perfect for finding that one specific missing piece or just grabbing a bag of random bricks for a MOC (My Own Creation). The prices are surprisingly fair for a resale shop, often matching or beating what you'd find on BrickLink. Customer service was top-notch; the staff actually knows their stuff and helped me track down a specific minifig I'd been hunting for months. Highly recommend for collectors and casual builders alike!"

You get a hair or hat, face, torso, legs and one hand held item accessory for $6. I also loved seeing their bins of legos you can sift through. If we had more time, l could have a lot of fun doing just that. And l'm not even a Lego fan! I do appreciate and like the product. Especially being a former kindergarten teacher who had a Lego table as a center for early finishers and that was always the center chosen first to go to when done with my table work. Legos really are timeless and just as relevant today as the day they were made. Probably even more so. The owners were so kind and welcoming and walked me through what they offered. I had no idea that birthday parties could be done here. Sounds perfect for the Lego enthusiast. The cases of all the mini figures and specialty Lego items were organized and very fun to see. We bought a shark with a jaw that opens and closes for my son. And also a white horse for my daughter. We are now on the hunt for a unicorn. If you are a Star Wars fan they have you covered here.

The rudest manager I have ever encountered here…read more My cousin, my aunt, and I came into the store around 9:05 PM, well before the store's 9:30 PM closing time. My cousin purchased a phone case, and as we were walking out after paying, we noticed some squishies near the exit. We briefly squeezed them and continued walking out. The manager immediately looked at our hands as if she suspected we were stealing, despite the fact that she was standing right in front of us and had watched us pay for our purchase. It was extremely uncomfortable and made us feel like we were being treated as criminals for absolutely no reason. Then, once we got into the car, my cousin realized that she had accidentally purchased the wrong size phone case. Since it was only around 9:20 PM, she wanted to quickly go back inside to exchange it. Instead of simply helping her with the exchange, the manager immediately started yelling at my aunt and cousin, insisting that they were closed, even though the posted closing time was 9:30 PM. This caused my aunt to become upset and yell back. What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude throughout the entire interaction. She had the nerve to yell at my aunt and then, when my aunt told her that she was going to leave a bad review because of her behavior, the manager essentially laughed about it with her employee. She was clearly not embarrassed or concerned about how she had treated us. If anything, she seemed to be mocking the fact that a customer was upset enough to complain. The employee working there clearly seemed uncomfortable and embarrassed by the situation and appeared to feel bad about the way his manager was treating us. He was put in an extremely awkward position because of her behavior. I completely understand that employees want to leave on time and that closing procedures take time. However, there is absolutely no reason to yell at customers, treat them like they are stealing, or mock them for expressing that they are unhappy with the service they received. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I have never experienced customer service this rude at this location, and based on the manager's reaction to being told that a bad review would be left, it seems like she genuinely does not care how she treats customers. I hope management above her takes this complaint seriously and addresses her behavior because clearly she's a huge PROBLEM!

I don't want to sound too condescending but you're like 10 years old with 5 years life experience so you applying rules to things that have no rules, is childish and myopic!
