My son had been trying to find a bag for his girlfriend's birthday. We called around and none of…read morethe stores here in California had any. I was given the number to the Hagerstown, MD store saying they might have a couple left. I called and was promptly greeted on the phone by a pleasant woman named Izora. She asked how she could be of assistance and I asked if they can ship a bag to California if it was in stock. She told me yes, it is not a problem. She asked for the style and name and confirmed there were indeed a couple of the bags left in store. I needed to make sure it was the right bag since there are different prints in that style and didn't want to pay and get shipped the wrong one. Izora asked if she could place me on a brief hold and went to verify in person. She sent me a photograph of the bag to give a visual assurance. She was not asked to do that, she did that on her own. After I confirmed that was indeed the one we were looking for, she set up an account for me. I was sent a secure link and checked out in under a minute. Once the transaction was complete, Izora remembered I said it was for a gift. She told me she would wrap it up nice since it was a gift. I was sent a confirmation with the tracking number in less than an hour. She went above and beyond and was very courteous. I am very pleased with my experience and can't wait for the bag. Not sure that I will ever need to use the Coach store in Hagerstown again but this experience was a good one. Thank you.

Id been saying for the last few years that I want me a leather white handbag to use during summer and with the cost of handbags getting more and more ridiculous over the years, I was happy to see a 50% off all purchases banner in the window from a retailer that I associate with good quietly. On this particular day, (the Thursday before Memorial Day) the store was fully staffed, to a point of being almost over staffed. I know I spoke to at least sale associates and there wasn't six customers in the entire store. The best part was that even clearance items were 40% off and then 50% off the remaining balance. I saw a pair loafers I wanted but or course they were not available in my size. One of the sales associates took the time to not only search the computer for the shoe, but called two other stores to see if they had them in stock since the computer showed low quanity for the shoes. I ended up getting a $400 Coach purse for $149 and ended up having to forgo the shoes since the only other location that showed possibly having them was four hours away. Store is spacious and the layout gives you room to browse without feeling like you in someones way.

Oh, what a visit this was. This was honestly the only reason we made the trip to Hagerstown. My dad…read morehas a love for his Skechers and wanted another pair. We walked in and looked around for a bit. Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way. Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register. That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk. When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.

Worst pharmacy in the United States. I have an auto immune disease and a special needs child so I…read moreunfortunately deal with a lot of medications and pharmacists. For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. Following the advice of Walgreens corporate office/ my Dr/ my sons Dr/ my wife's Dr/ the Better Business bureau/ other Pharmacists in town/ and every other customer at Walgreens on Dual Highway I have met along this slow death march of something so simple as picking up a prescription- we will never set foot in this godforsaken train wreck that seems to be an experiment in how to ruin people's lives while denying them the medicine they pay for and need!
