Lots of products, friendly, prices on food especially meats wish they make lower. They buy in bulk

I placed an order for delivery from a Walmart store in Hagerstown, Md. In my instructions, I included the name address and room number to hotel I'm staying in. I also included my phone number. The delivery driver left my bags in the parking lot. Who does this? This is ridiculous and inexcusable. read more

Why did they change the requirements for self-checkout to 15 items and less. Do not like the new decision especially when I am told by an employee to go to aisle #23 when there are other customers in that line. I will not shop at that location anymore. read more

I'm gonna go ahead and drop this review right here. Your prices are some of the best, but the man working the deli counter this afternoon was not listening to what I wanted. I even showed him when he came around the counter. I wanted the Prima Della white sharp American. I said this about 7 times and hubby said it 2. He still pulled out yellow LOL and started to slice. We just left. I believe the regular guy might have gone to lunch. I will definitely be looking for him before stopping there again. read more

Refresh our memories with regards to location. We have 4 that we go to within a relatively close drive (30 +/-). Some are better than others. Placement of entrance/exits and restrooms in opposite direction. Only one can find the short multi basket. Used to be two of the Walmart Super Centers that you could find those carts. They're so much better navigating store aisles than those huge carts. Some Walmarts put their supply crates in the middle of the aisles or open a register with the As Seen On TV merchandise and thus unable to see those items. Not all of the Money Centers are open/ one has to track down an employee to come over there to work. Put a working kiosk there. read more

It's new so everything is great! Love how the isles are so open and well lit! The produce area is very nice, fresh and well stocked. Hopefully it stays this way. There is nothing better than new carts!! It's going to be great if they keep up with cart maintenance and keep them working like they do now. The employees are very polite and friendly. This is for Walmart pick up- each time I have come here to pick up my groceries that were pre-ordered online I have been very pleased to get Dave. This time I got Kathleen and Dave to help load groceries and get me set up with substitutions and what not. They are super busy today and are working very hard! Very pleasant people to work with , very polite and professional and both did not except tips like some younger ones will. Although they totally deserve the extra tip! Good , honest workers are far and few between unfortunately and I think they need to be noticed! So pleased with coming to this location , even though it's further for me - Guilford drive is closer. read more

This Walmart was clean and clutter free. The bathrooms were also clean and stocked. The employees seemed nice.

Consistently out of stock of roughly 1/3rd of the itemd on my grocery list. Why does Wal-Mart have 20 checkout lanes if one or none are open? Self-checkout lanes are an insult to customers. Get rid of them!!! read more

Nice store. Never delt directly with a staff member, so no comment in that regard. Only issue I have is store stocking. On the few times I've visited the store. I found frozen food freezers and refrigerator cases in the deli area nearly empty of product. The same applies to other grocery items. Empty shelves. I'm not sure if it's an ordering issue, poor follow up on getting products displayed or business is exceeding projected numbers meaning not enough product is being ordered. What ever the reason. It needs to be corrected. Compairing this location to our Super Walmart. It's a smaller store with a smaller grocery section. For me personally. That's not an issue unless shelves continue to be low on products. Improve this issue and my rating would be a 5. read more

I dont know why I have even mediocre standards for this place but regardless of who I deal with, I'm always amazed at the complete and utter lack of common sense and intelligence, which leaves me extremely unsatisfied and have yet to achieve even sub mediocre standards. My 88yo father with many health issues had a flat tire in the parking lot. Their service dept. refused to help him change his tire. My whole family will NEVER go to any Walmart!!! read more

Horrible service. I stopped at the money center at 8:50 am to buy a money order. A line formed with people waiting for the money center to open. Many Walmart employees walking past no one said anything. When it was past 9am when they were supposed to open and numerous employees had walked past with acknowledging us, i tried to get an employees attention. I called her by name as she passed and asked if they would open soon and she completely ignored me. She left her register twice without saying anything. After waiting 45 minutes I get to the window and she tells me that the computer is down and she can't print money orders read more

I went to this Walmart hoping to get welcomed with opened arms and this is how they treated me and my mother. Is being a black/multiracial family have always been called misfits it had always been hard being judged by your skin color but anyways that's beside the point. We went there with complete respect until the employees made us feel unwelcome. We were scanning our items as usual and I put a blanket in the bin of stuff we have not scanned (also did I mention one of the employees yelled at me and my mother and told us get out now in a very rude way) and a lady took us and said "Um that didn't get scanned" when it was in the bin for none scanned items. They took us and the scanned all of our items for us and a employee said "we can't trust you kind in our store". That made me feel embarrassed to be my own skin color and if that's how any family of ANY race Is going to be treated please do not go here. Also the manager was very unprofessional and rude to me and my mom. I feel very hurt and sorry for the sick people who think it is okay to be an adult and feel the need to bully it's a shame please don't go here PLEASE read more
