I have run out several times, things…read morehappen, but they have always brought some oil in an emergency to get me through and filled it the next day. Not anymore. Now when you have an emergency, you're on your own. This was the coldest week of the year. I even called last week to say I was concerned about running low. They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!

Last heating season 2024/2025 - they let me run out of propane (automatic delivery customer). This heating season 2025/2026 - they let me run out of propane the end of December and AGAIN today. December had to call multiple times and waited over 10 hours without heat until someone showed up. Today I have called twice already - still no return phone call as to when someone will be here. Back on the December issue, they also told me they would give me a credit on the charges (since I'm on automatic delivery). But of course, they did not make any adjustments to my charges. Customer service is horrible and they cannot get automatic deliveries coordinated properly.

For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. Following the advice of Walgreens corporate office/ my Dr/ my sons Dr/ my wife's Dr/ the Better Business bureau/ other Pharmacists in town/ and every other customer at Walgreens on Dual Highway I have met along this slow death march of something so simple as picking up a prescription- we will never set foot in this godforsaken train wreck that seems to be an experiment in how to ruin people's lives while denying them the medicine they pay for and need!

Quite possible the sketchiest Sheetz location I have ever been to. From the moment I pulled in…read morehere, I was on edge. It didn't get any better when I walked towards the door and saw that they had security posted outside. Not the most welcoming sight when you first enter a business. The inside, as well as the lot outside, is very cramped. Compound that with the fact that this is a well used location does not make for a very fun shopping experience. I opted to get cigarettes while I was stopped at this location. The line inside was odd. This isn't your typical, new Sheetz location where you have a designated space in the store for the checkout line. This is your 90s remodeled store where the line is just the counter. And it moves slowly as no one knows where to actually stand. It took a few minutes to make it through the line, but I did it and I went outside. I opted to have a cigarette outside, but maybe should have jumped in my vehicle to get out. Watching the lot was oddly entertaining, but I do not recommend people watching here. Like the line inside, the lot is odd and hard to work your way through. Pay attention to the streets, it'll make it easier to exit this spot.

I regularly stop here on my way in and out of town for business, and unfortunately it isn't in the best place in the city of Hagerstown. Problem is that there is usually a police officer on site handling a call or handling a shoplifter. Plain and simple the surrounding area is very rough. In terms of the inside of the store, it's really hit or miss. The store is fairly small so if there is a crowd, you will get very up close and personal with others as there is no real room to stand and wait for your food to be made. ****USE APP TO PRE-ORDER FOOD INSTEAD**** The times I have stopped and gotten food, it has been respectable but in terms of preparation time- very slow. This last trip I only got gasoline, so no food pics.

When I pulled in I found a spot on the side of the building further away from the door. I make my way inside and straight for the facilities. Clean, in order and easy to use. Came back onto the store floor. Well stocked, decent layout, made it easy to browse. I grabbed myself an iced tea and made my way to the checkouts. Paid, and I was on my way to the next one, that was after I was able to stretch my legs outside.
