During this visit, however, I was directed to the front instead. When I arrived at the front, the signage pointed toward Customer Service, so I waited there for a short while. I noticed several employees performing various tasks, including two at the registers. After waiting, I asked one of the cashiers for clarification. A female associate informed me that all Amazon returns now go through the main line. I mentioned that the signage was somewhat misleading, as it still indicated Customer Service, but her response was curt--she suggested I "take it up with Corporate" and explained they had several call-outs that day. While I understand staffing challenges can occur, I was taken aback by the tone and lack of professionalism in the response. I git on the website & found yes I was late by 5 days! 5 days!!!! His amount was correct. So now, I paid and canceled my account! Kohl's you outsourced your company and the standards I used to purchase a whole lot of products through the years! Good bye- Good riddance!! I had to walk the 4 parking spots to get up the ramp enabling me to walk on the sidewalk and then walk the distance of the building to reach that restaurant. What is amazing is that all the retail on that side of the building were Physical Therapy type. If I could step up on the curb it was a grassy slope. Very unsafe for .many Why is there not a ramp on all three sides of the building? I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer and a box of masks for arriving clients who don't have or need a new mask. I looked a round and did not see clothing I liked immediately. I saw clothing that was not my style whatsoever at first. As I progressed through the store, I saw two type of shirts I liked very much. However, when I felt the fabrics of the two different half button down shirts, I like the second choice of shirts hanging on hooks. These shirt sleeve shirts were wonderful, but I did not wish to spent $48.99 on them. One color did get my attention more than the others, because I have seen guys walking around in this very light pinkish color. The color I believe it was called Red Sand White Stone or something close to that effect. The lady who helped me out had a nice sense of humor and the other staff member who might have been a manager appeared to be a Baltimore Ravens Fan by her comment on the shirt I was wearing. Should I return to this store, I might buy one of these shirts I liked. We will have to see.
