But seriously, it is convenient to work near Plaza America. Starbucks is accessible for a quick coffee meeting with a client, and Vie De France has killer breakfast crepes. And yes, I have to admit that Whole Foods is a benefit as well ... their hot foods and salad bar for breakfast and lunch are very convenient for grabbing something quickly and taking it back to the office. If I need some of the basics, there's CVS. If I need something shipped, there's the UPS Store. Office supplies? There's Staples. Pretty much anything that I need in a pinch at work, I can find there. You enter at the rear of the theater, and the seating-- which are all reservable fully-reclining seats-- slopes downward. The handicapped seats are in the rear, near the door. These theaters have a large amount of seats, and the rows are far enough apart to allow you to easily cross in front of a fully reclined person without any problem. I haven't had any trouble seeing the screen no matter where I sat, and I think the seats at the front are better than in stadium seating.

I don't understand how this Plaza passed as being ADA approved. There are NO reserved handicapped parking with the blue signs anywhere around the building. It is a square building with retail on three side. Byblos is on the front corner of the building. There was only one ramp at the far end of the side of the building. So there was a parking spot in the 4th space from the end where the ramp is located. I had to walk the 4 parking spots to get up the ramp enabling me to walk on the sidewalk and then walk the distance of the building to reach that restaurant. What is amazing is that all the retail on that side of the building were Physical Therapy type. If I could step up on the curb it was a grassy slope. Very unsafe for .many Why is there not a ramp on all three sides of the building? I would highly recommend Byblos Restaurant for a most enjoyable meal on ever aspect, service, flavor, price, cleanliness but the situation in the parking lot was anxiety producing because the county employees did NOT do their job properly. These do serve a purpose. Getting in and out of here can be tricky. It gets congested on Port Royal Road, along with its convenience to the beltway exits. Some consider this helpful, I'm not so sure it is. Thank you to the company that owns this, as it looks better than it used to. That alone is a bonus. Some shops are on the main level and some are around back on the lower level. There are stairs at the end to go downstairs. There is a wing restaurant in the parking lot in an old bank building. There are also several fast food joints. My only complaint about U Mall is the parking for the upper level and the ease of getting out which is hard since this place is on the corner of two very busy roads and a very busy intersection.
