We got a few of them, plus drinks, a couple of stuffed animals and snacks. Browsing around with the small shopping cart was very easy. Noticed they moved stuff around, inventory of certain products seemed limited and lessened compared to before. The store didn't seem super packed like normal. Maybe the inventory got low or they didn't put out as much items at once? Looked like the inside got re-organized, in a good way. The Checkout experience was excellent! We were the only ones checking out at the time and the employee who helped us was very amicable and courteous. It was a great shopping experience! We found what we wanted and we were happy with what we saw.

Just a bright, clean, and neatly organized store where you can leisurely peruse the isles. They have a ton of collectibles, blind boxes and model kits. So much to choose from! The bakery had told me the cake should not be out for more than 2 hours. The drive to the Hallmark nearest my house from the bakery was already an hour. So was the Christmas in July line in this Hallmark. There was no warning sign on the door; the only indication of any event was an unmanned table with brown slices of apple, and plastic bottles of water (probably warm). There was a very long line, but no indication that I should have simply gone elsewhere for candles because the line would continue not to move at a reasonable pace. When I finally got up to register, the woman said that I could have let them know earlier that I was not getting ornaments, and they would have helped me sooner. Obviously, that does nothing for ruining this $80 custom birthday cake this year. ZERO STARS for poor communication and rotten service to any customer not purchasing loads of ornaments.
