Noticed they moved stuff around, inventory of certain products seemed limited and lessened compared to before. The store didn't seem super packed like normal. Maybe the inventory got low or they didn't put out as much items at once? Looked like the inside got re-organized, in a good way. The Checkout experience was excellent! We were the only ones checking out at the time and the employee who helped us was very amicable and courteous. It was a great shopping experience! She didn't take a moment to explain the reason for the restrictions. On my way out, I spoke to the very friendly security guard who mentioned that the store has been experiencing theft issues, and the restrictions were to address that. While I understand the concern, I think I'll choose to shop elsewhere where I feel more valued. Anyway, I recommend using a different Amazon locker for your convenience.

The attitude is the exact same every time I have to be helped by her. Today she magically popped behind the counter as SOON as it was my turn, after waiting in a long line. I found it a bit coincidental considering I dont care to be helped by her. I know its a return line but like yeah. The experience could be way better.
