It's also a great place to drop in for a quick last minute gift. I have since moved from Charleston but will continue to shop with them online. In short, he collected everyone's money, did nothing with it, promised to refund everyone, and DID NOT! We now may have to request the help of the courts to get it returned...even though he already AGREED to refund everyone in full. Our last meeting with him was February 2022 (it is now June 2022) and for months we contacted him trying to set up a meeting with him and our planner to view a sample of the suit color to confirm on that color for the guys! We were not confirming the color without seeing it matched up with the swatch of my bridesmaids dresses. We also reached out to request for him to collect all the men's measurements to order their correct sizes with the money after the color was officially confirmed. NONE OF THE ABOVE was done and the only thing Mr. Heyward collected was the money! After months had passed with no results, in April we reached out to him for a refund and at first he claimed we confirmed the color and that he already ordered the suits in different sample sizes so he couldn't return the money. We were not going for that excuse because the color was never even confirmed due to him not providing the sample AND he never even sized any of the men to make an order in the first place! He had never even seen the guys to assume sample sizes would fit and alterations are NOT included in his fees! Our planner was also witness to the fact that nothing was done or confirmed and when we had her get on the line to speak to him, he got extremely disrespectful with her by yelling and screaming at her on the phone. Every interaction with him since has led to no results and no refund. Instead of being a man of integrity and doing the right thing like he said he would, to this day he chooses to continue to make excuses and not immediately refund the $850 he collected. He collected the money via cashapp but claims he cannot return it that way and his "accountant" sent out checks. When asked for the accountants information to inquire on why the money has not been sent yet, he declined to give it. To this day no one has received a dime from him and our inquiries on why have been ignored. So with that being said, unfortunately I cannot recommend his company to ANYONE! I hope whoever is reading this considers our experience before using him and read other reviews as well! We are NOT the first people he has done this to! Hopefully we get the money back like we were promised without having to involve the courts ‍ Thanks for reading!
