They are always well stocked and there is no shortage of colorful ribbons, weights and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful and balloon prices are fair. My low review is based primarily on my recent experience in this location when I stopped in to purchase a padded a poly mailing envelope and wound up in a verbal argument with the cashier and his supervisor over the price charged for an item. There was a large handwritten sign taped on the shelf stating "6-Pack Envelopes - $1.50", so I grabbed a 6-pack and walked over to check out. There was no price marked on the package and the cashier turned to a supervisor standing nearby, who said without hesitation that it was $6. I quickly mentioned there was a large sign on the shelf that indicated the price was $1.50 for a 6-pack. The supervisor loudly accused me of lying to her and trying to steal from the store, then said the sign on the shelf wasn't right. When I suggested she take down the sign, she said she wasn't allowed to do that and instructed the cashier to charge me $1.50 for the item. I don't know if the staff was having a bad day but considering their poor attitude towards their customers, I'm not sure I'll return to this location any time soon.

They were given 2 out of 3, and never bothered to mention they didn't have the third. We didn't notice it until it was time to take them before a surgical procedure and the one we needed was missing. The doctor had to give the medicine intravenously. CVS is not that outta the way. I have also heard good things about Walmart Pharmacy. Edit. Had to add the prior experience where I needed to purchase an over the counter medication I hadn't heard of before. I asked the pharmacy for help on it and they first said where is my prescription, and then said, we don't help with over the counter. Rite-aid used to be so helpful.

When I went inside to compare, the same product (same dates) looked completely different -- cold, tight packaging, no swelling. Even customer service said mine "looked like it was going to pop." This isn't the first issue. I previously received a moldy onion in an online order, and my son has mentioned that cold items often didn't feel cold during past pickups. Now I've seen it myself. I exchanged the item, but I shouldn't have had to make a second trip. From now on, I'll only use ShopRite Online for non‑perishables and buy all meats and produce in person. The photos I'm posting tell the story. Many customers may have had good experiences with ShopRite Online, but this is my personal experience, and it was unacceptable.
