So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. But her technique is was makes the hair stay away for even longer! So just trust that she knows what she's doing. She treats her clients like family and works really hard at this skill. So definitely go and check her out!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I tend to ask a million questions and talk a lot, and they never make me feel annoying or rushed, they're always happy to explain things and chat with me, which I really appreciate. The location is also extremely clean, which is a huge deal to me. Overall, the staff and the atmosphere just have such a good energy, and that's really comforting when you're coming in for treatments that can sometimes feel a little intimidating or painful. I'm also so glad I found Jaime. She's fun to talk to, laid back, and does such a great job every single time. This woman knows what she is doing, and I truly trust her.

Finally getting rid of fat that for YEARS no matter what I did would not go away was SO worth it. It gave me back myself confidence and I finally feel good in my clothes. PLUS I saw real results in the first two weeks and at one month a big difference. Patricia is so dedicated to her patients results, she gave me 110% to make sure the results I was looking for were realized. After only one treatment too! Highly recommend working with Patricia, if you follow her lead on what treatment is needed and do the maintenance work at home you will see the fat melt away like nothing else. Cool Sculpting REALLY works, but not all Cool Sculpting Masters are the same. You need to ask for Patricia. And as a plus; she is such a sweet person.

My mother is an existing patient and has never had an issue with insurance coverage as she has both Medicare and TriCare as a military spouse. When McGuinnes's system was showing incorrect information of my mother's military benefits coverage, Nadine and Serena were unwilling to look into the issue. I even called TriCare immediately myself and they confirmed that my mother is active and the benefits had not changed. When I went back into the office to explain that, Nadine was unwilling to look into it and just said "well this is what I show in the system." I even offered to get TriCare back on the phone to speak to her but she didn't want to help at all, so we were unable to be seen. Not to mention, they wanted to charge a 20% coinsurance on Medicare which was not ok since my mother has secondary coverage through TriCare. Illegal. I then called McGuinnes billing department immediately and Cara was able to verify in less than a minute that my mother was active. I also spoke to Rachel, the front desk manager who was very kind and understanding, and she apologized which I appreciated. But I will be filing a formal complaint. My mother is a military veteran spouse and how she was treated was unacceptable. Nadine, you owe my mother an apology for embarrassing her and not willing to help so she can be seen for her appointment. My entire family goes to this practice, but we will be reconsidering after this ordeal.

In my…read moreannual skin check this year, she noticed something I had not had any concerns about and biopsied it. She called me back personally to give me the results. I started developing painful pus-filled blisters in the days leading up to my ER visit and ultimately went with the intention of having them drained. I was sent home with bacitracin ointment which I was to apply to the affected areas twice daily. I visited the ER again four days later on March 11th with two new blisters - at which point I was given antibiotics - one 500mg tablet of cephalexin twice daily. That - in conjunction with an antibiotic injection - helped tremendously. Over the next two weeks, I took extreme care and ensured that only mild soap and water was touching my open wounds. Since then, my blisters have healed nicely, but I still felt I needed to follow-up with a dermatologist. This is where Legacy Dermatology, and Sarah Batti in particular, comes in. I absolutely loved her and her approach to patient care. Her knowledge and compassion for the field was clear. She truly engaged and interacted with me, made me feel comfortable, and set my mind, heart, and anxiety at ease. It was my first appointment with a dermatologist, so I did not know what to expect. Being that the offending source was a space heater over a period of about a year and a half, I was petrified and absolutely convinced that I had skin cancer. Thankfully, the discoloration on my posterior left thigh has started to fade. It seriously looked like toasted skin which is essentially what Erythema Ab Igne means in Latin. No more space heaters for me - or any form of artificial heat for that matter. Sarah outlined a future care plan and took pictures at yesterday's visit so she can compare it to my visit (which is scheduled for 3 months out) on June 26th, 2025. In the meantime, she suggested nightly applications of Aquaphor and sunscreen when out in the sun. It will be interesting to see how much further it fades, if it does ever go away completely.

Pricing is average its not cheap nor expensive. Customer service is good until you complain about their service. Going into complaining about injection that I got. I normally get my botox on my masseter every 6-7months so i know how it works and where the injector normally targets. I want to get into how the injector was performing my masseter botox. I dont remember her name but when we got into the procedure room her fingers had some kind of sticky residue but i just waited for her to wash her hands and she didnt. Still didnt say anything there. As we was marking my jaws for the injection it was normal routine but when she was about to do the injection she didnt ask me to bite down so i said, "Arn't you going to ask me to bite down to locate the muscle?" She said, " Yes, can you bite.". At this point, i was kind of skeptical but i just let it happen (completely my mistake to let it happen. I should have just gotten up and left) still at this point I am not aware that the injection is done on the wrong muscle. I came home and a 6 days later my husband told me my lip line is different when i smile. I said why would it be different i just got my jaw botox like i normally do. He said i smile only with one side (creepy). I looked at the mirror and like he said i was only able to move one side of my lip. Realized she probably did the injection on the wrong muscle. I immediately contacted the office and at first they (Natalie) said they would look into it (that was march 17) i sent a picture and told them what was going on. No response was given to me after the pictures were sent. I messaged them again 2 weeks later asking for an update and Nate messaged me back saying they are not responsible/liable and allergan also denied liability. That was his response and would need to get it reviewed with the injector and himself present in the same room. I said why would i want to get it reviewed by the same injector when that injector made the mistake from the start? No resolution at this point other than the clinic of course denying responsibility. I hope everyone does their research before going to any office especially to get anything injected on them. I personally would highly not recommend going to this office.
