Luckily my friend was able to check for us and keep us abreast of all the major screw ups daily. Unfortunately, my friend had no way to know that they installed 2 floors of the wrong wood! At one point, Scott had us come from Fl. to Whidbey for a meeting with all of the sub contractors, but never told them about it! We sold our home in Fl. and moved everything, including three vehicles and three cats here based on the final closing date he gave us. When we arrived, we were told that the house wasn't ready, leaving us homeless with three cats for 2 weeks. We had to pay for a hotel, and to store our cars and furniture for two weeks costing a small fortune No apologies, nothing. Every day when I look at my gouged out wood floor in my kitchen, caused by them, it reminds me of how horrible it was to be treated like crap by Scott Hampton and this company.
