Tim was here every day with his lead journeyman Brian, who is also extremely knowledgeable, professional demeanor, and someone I would love to have on my team just with the attitude he presented to get the job done the right way. (Very hard worker) I know how competitive our market is, and how honest reviews or testimonials can really affect a companies reputation. I would highly recommend Able Drywall to all my friends and family.

Heather kept us apprised of delays in window delivery (due to manufacturer) and scheduled Dallas to install the window the same week it was delivered. After a string of people who turned us down because our job wasn't big enough or gave us outlandish estimates, we finally got in contact with Dallas and Heather of West Coast Property Maintenance. From the beginning, when we explained our situation, they were passionate about helping us get the house prepared for my parents. Dallas came to the house to personally look at the situation and Heather kept us up to date on the details of the project. On the day of installation, Dallas arrived on time and worked into the evening until everything was done. He told us that his goal is to do the work in other people's homes as he would do it in his own. His care showed in the solid work he did for us. When we have home repair issues in the future, we know who we will call: Dallas and Heather. Not only is their work professional, their kind and patient treatment of clients is refreshing. So we had a smallish remodel project in our garage that involved adding a partition wall, finishing out drywall and painting. The construction part of it was fine in general. When we got to the drywall part, and it was "finished" we had a fairly serious flaw / defect that made the entire project unsatisfactory. Talking with Justin at Puget Services, we was very responsive and just about as upset as we were over the problem. Together, we were able to come up with a solution that did not cost them a whole lot of money to re-do, and fully met our needs and expectations. In the end, the project came out stunning. And just a word about the team. The people that work for this company are the nicest, most professional "handy-men" that I have ever dealt with. So it is great when a company does everything right every time, but when you have an issue, and they can fix it and keep everyone happy, AND get a great review and a repeat customer, that is something great.

Deder and T.R.I. has been professional, educational, and the work product is outstanding. I cannot recommend T.R.I. highly enough for roofing, framing, and painting needs. They came out immediately (at 10PM) to tarp the roof preventing any additional water coming in, and came back the next morning for spot repairs. I didn't trust these quotes at all since I knew my old garage floor was not in great shape. Obed showed great knowledge with epoxying floors. He pointed out a bunch of cracks and pits that would need to be opened up and filled. My garage also had something strange where someone had extended the footing with additional concrete. This caused extra concrete ledges around my entire footing. Obed said he could address all of it. I also needed trim installed and he said he could do that as well. Even with the trim install, his quote came out competitive with the other quotes. Obed did an amazing job with the garage floor epoxy and the trim work. I was very impressed with the end result. I know he went above and beyond to take additional time to fix issues so that the end result would be good. For example, we agreed to have one small part of the extra concrete ground down so the floor would be flat. As they were prepping the other extra concrete for epoxy, the concrete actually started cracking and falling off. Without charging me extra, they also removed this extra concrete so the end result was an entirely flat floor without any additional concrete ledges. After grinding the floor, Obed realized that it would best to level the floor. Again, without an additional charge, he leveled the floor. He also filled in a bunch of concrete holes and voids on the concrete step by the door leading into the house. When installing the trim, they took the time to specially contour the bottom of the trim to match the many dips in my old garage floor. While leveling did help with the dips, my garage floor just had some extreme dips. In the end, I was beyond happy with the end result. I originally hired him to epoxy my floor, but he ended up fixing so many different things and made the entire garage better because of it.
