Not the case at all. The "safety professionals" he did send us can best be described as safety cops that have chips on their shoulders. The one safety professional said "Paul directed us that if we don't write up something negative, then he will assume we weren't at the job." The other "safety professional" Paul sent us basically admitted Paul & Dave gave him an OSHA 10 & 30 card without attending the class. I told Paul I wasn't pleased and was going to write a negative review. He said "go ahead. I'll just have family and friends right 10 positive reviews & act like I never did business with you. I'll just blame it on a former disgruntled employee." Who does that or thinks like that. I work as a manager for BP & will NEVER use their so called consulting services again! Now I can get whatever I want and pick it up in a day or 2, not even have to drive sometimes. Now I can get 2 ton manual chain lifts, 3/4 wire rope slings,5/8 shackles, Tweco connectors, Caster wheels with brakes, bearings, brackets, etc the list could go on forever The one thing is you need to set up an account with them in order to place orders. We are required to have annual servicing and certification of our fire supression equipment. I made telephone contact with Bullseye and was greeted by a very friendly woman who was cheerful on the telephone and happy to earn my business. She scheduled an appointment for their service personnel to come to my office building and perform the required inspections. On the morning of our appointment, I received a call from the owner indicating that they could be at my office a few hours earlier than planned. Outstanding. I love on-time or early, but can't stand late. The owner, and I believe his son, showed up shortly thereafter and got right to work. All of the necessary checks were done in a friendly and professional manner. They even took the time to demonstrate all of the safety checks they perform during annual servicing of our fire extinguishers. I had a brief conversation with the owner and learned that they are a small, family owned and operated business. Exactly my kind of people to do business with. I did some shopping around and their rates are very competitive. I would absolutely recommend Bullseye Fire Safety Equipment to anyone. Bullseye is A++ and will be doing our annual inspections from here on out.
