The women that worked there were pleasant enough, however, when it came to following through and offering good customer service they are seriously lacking. I ordered several pairs of pants and scrub tops which were ordered for me and arrived at my workplace approximately 2 weeks later. However, I was told that one pair of pants I ordered was on back order and that I would be called to be notified when they were on their way. It has been over 3 months and I have been given the run around every time I call. I have left messages only to not have them be returned and on several occasions I that I actually spoke to an employee there have been given attitude. At the two month mark when I called and stated that it had been over 8 weeks since my order had been placed with no update from them I was told, "I guess I could call the company if you want." Why should the customer have to ask the employee to do their job and follow through on an order that was placed two months previously? On this particular occasion I was given a call back and told that they pants are still on back order and that I would be updated. I never was. Two weeks ago I called again to check on the status of my order and was told that the pants should be arriving by the following week and that I would "absolutely" be called when they arrive. No phone call, no update. I called again this morning and was told that they should "arrive today, we are just waiting on UPS to get here." When I stated that I had never been called the employee became argumentative with me and defensive stating that she called and left me a voicemail last week. Maybe she is confusing me with someone else that she has given AWFUL customer service to because I never received a call or status update. And I definitely NEVER received a voicemail. I would have appreciated an apology more than a weak excuse. I am a reasonable person and understand that delays in orders exist often and are many times out of the control of the store that has placed the order. However, I believe that the store and their employees should be held responsible for communicating this delay to the customer, especially considering the delay has been OVER 3 MONTHS. NOT ONCE WAS I GIVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY. Instead, I was made to feel as if I was doing something wrong simply for following up on the order I placed 3 months prior and demanding good customer service. If I ever need scrubs in the future I would not go here. Unprofessional, callous and irresponsible AT BEST.

Russell, the store owner, was so helpful and jumped right up to help me pick two pairs of scrubs for my husband. The variety at the store was great with brands like Infinity, Grey's Anatomy, and Dickies. The pricing was average with tops and pants ranging around $30-$40 each. Based on Russell's recommendation, I got two of the popular brands (Infinity and Grey's Anatomy) so that they would be a little more wrinkle resistant. If I should need any more scrubs in the future I will certainly be back. There is something to be said about great customer service and Scrubs Etc knows how to set the example!

    UPDATE: now the owners are removing my ratings from all platforms. I still have not received any…read moremessages back from the owners nor received a text message about my purchase being complete. The phones are still not being answered and the voicemail is still full. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I used to buy scrubs from their Naperville location and loved the store. I bought a white coat for embroidery almost 1 month ago. I was told I would receive a text message when my order was complete however, there has been no word. I've tried calling with no answer and the mailbox full. I'm really disappointed with the service and likely will not do business with them again.
