4.5 stars. Great service but I knocked off 1/2 a star because I can't speak to the pricing. It was an emergency fix so I didn't have time to find other quotes. I wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review; happy to report I haven't had any issues with our waterline since Fito's team replaced it! Our main water line broke and was leaking and we needed someone to replace it ASAP because we were losing gallons of water. It was difficult finding plumbing services that would do this kind of work but Fito was responsive, communicative, and quick to help. He came the next morning to consult and diagnose the issue and immediately sent a team to start working. Things I liked: - Truly a family owned company - A team of 3-4 would show up timely (sometimes even early!) to start working. They were always respectful, communicative, and they kept their work space clean at the end of the day. - Fito would come check in and would keep me up-to-date. - They provided a temporary line so we had water throughout the fix I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fito to others - thanks Fito! read more

My shower wouldn't stop running, so I had to turn off my entire water meter, which stopped the water running through my house. I started to panic and called different plumbing companies but they charged an arm and a leg and it's insane! I came across Fito Plumbers and they were so helpful! I called them and they came within the same day to fix the water line in my shower. They helped a lot and are very reasonable. Definitely recommended! read more

Fito Plumbers are my new go to plumber for any repair work at my house. They came out to diagnose a gas leak and water heater failure and were able to replace the whole thing the next morning. I also had them out to run a water line to my refrigerator, and the plumber who did the work even fixed a leak from my garbage disposal at no additional cost. I will always call Fito for future plumbing needs. read more

I sent a request to them Sunday afternoon and got an immediate response from the owner, Fito. Very knowledgeable and he laid out the different options on how to approach and fix the problem. Scheduled a time to fix the issue. Plumbers, Lalo and (sorry I can't remember the other guys's name) arrived on time, looked at the problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix the issue. We agreed with price and they fixed the problem within hours. They showed me pictures of the issue, explained thoroughly on what to do and how long it would take. They laid out construction material paper and cloth to cover the floor that leads to the access to the crawlspace and cleaned up, swept the floor and wiped the walls after they were done. They also cleaned outside where they tracked some mud from the crawlspace. They gave updates throughout when they were fixing it. Showed pictures of the fixed pipe when they were done. Plumbers were very polite and very respectful. I would definitely use them again and recommend for any plumbing issues or projects! read more

We had a major problem with our sewer lateral clogging about a week before Thanksgiving. Fito Plumbers responded right away after I was referred to them and diagnosed the problem quickly. They did a terrific job getting the city permit and the sewer line replaced really well and quickly, given the holiday week and the fact that the city had just paved our street, which they had to dig into.  They fixed the street beautifully and even came back to repaint the small section of bike lane striping that had gotten dug up. read more

Our clean out was over flowing and sink was clogged. Thanksgiving morning and they we quick to the call before my family comes over! Affordable pricing and reliable! Thank you so much! read more

These guys REALLY know what they're doing. After five jobs at our house ranging from the most trivial to fairly major replacements and mess cleanups, we trust them with anything. They are prompt, work fast, have taken the initiative to save us money whenever possible by doing whatever is simplest, and have also taken the initiative to save us major headaches by finding problems before they occur and are still easy to fix. It is odd that before finding FIto, good plumbers were the contractors we had the most difficulty finding, for many years. Wish we had found them sooner. They can do anything. Oh, also, they respond immediately and have always been able to arrive extremely promptly, saving us from having to live for days or hours with whatever the crisis was. read more

Fast efficient and excellent value. Really appreciate the ease of working with Fito and his team.

Installed a second washer dryer in my home with no issues. Will be recommending to others.

I own 41 rental units and have used Fito and his crew for all my plumbing needs. The best description I can give is that there is nothing he can't handle. The worst thing a contractor can do is make you feel that you have a huge problem and it's going to cost a ton of money. Fito is the opposite. Nothing bothers him and when the inevitable takes a turn for the worse, Fito handles it in stride without making you feel like it's your problem. He and his crew will stay as long as it takes, and if you own rental property, he makes tenants feel everything is in control. I can't tell you how many complicated issues he's figured out for me. He goes well beyond plumbing and is a true general contractor. He's just the best plumber and contractor I have ever known and he has saved me tons of money and hassle. You won't be disappointed. read more

We reached Fito Plumbers through a an intermediary. Fito responded right away, came to see the problem. He's highly knowledgeable about the extensive rerouting plumbing work that we needed to have done. He give me an estimate that was considerably lower than others. And after comparing him I asked for detailed work plan which he provided. I have been more than satisfied with the quality of the work. Fito's workers are courteous, polite and diligent! I appreciated how they left the place spotless, even cleaner than how they found it. Beyond plumbing, Fito fixed and repaired areas of water damage, Including new floor, electrical repair and sheet rock. I will certainly use this company's services in the future! read more

I didn't have hot water for 2 days. I contacted someone who I know they suggested replacing water heater. I contacted Fito 9pm and he showed up right away and fixed my water heater in 5mins. Save my money. Good plumber. Good Neighbor. read more

I called for a concern I was having with a leaky behind my dishwasher. Frito answered my message right away. After discussing with him about my issue, he felt that it was likely in an appliance issue but was more than happy to come and take a look for me with no charge. Alex and Francisco came and were very courteous and tried very hard to find the problem even though it was a problem with my dishwasher. They were able to see a leak in one of the hoses inside my dishwasher. They recommended that and an appliance repair person come to fix this issue, but they were so gracious to help me look and diagnose the problem. If I ever have a plumbing issue, I will definitely call them. read more

We had a leak behind our washing machine, and within a few minutes of calling Fito, he had stopped by our place to check out the problem. The next morning, he came with two other workers, and they snaked the line and determined the problem, which was partially due to complicated plumbing connected to other units in the building. All of this was done in about an hour, and they were great about communicating throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Fito to anyone else. He gets the job done fast and well, and he gives fair estimates. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and great to work with. I can say the same about his employees. read more
