So as an adult, I've always been intimidated by anything having to do with physical activity or gyms, and it's easy to let that intimidation turn into yet another excuse to not exercise. But Susan is an amazing coach. She's not a drill sergeant who wants to berate you into working out. She's nurturing and encouraging while also holding you accountable for what you're doing. I've been working with her for 4 weeks, and the before/after stats are amazing. I didn't lose a lot of weight (this is my fault; I tend to eat like a lazy college student) but I lost inches from all over (even my neck! I didn't realize someone could lose a half inch from a neck!). I can do nearly double the number of pushups I could do at first, and 6 TIMES the number of situps. My work with her includes workout plans tailored to who I am and what I'm capable of (including offering scaled-down exercises to suit my fitness level), while pushing me to improve. And it's an awesome blend of core work, weight training, and endurance. My body and soul are enriched by working with Susan, and you should give her the opportunity to do the same for you!

I paid for additional training for my daughter without checking with her first. My credit card was charged $1170. My daughter then let me know she no longer wanted to train. I asked for a credit on my card and was refused based on "policy." My daughter had not used any training sessions. Apparently being a good paying, long term client means nothing at this gym. They will refund people who bitch they don't like the trainer but won't refund a situation like mine. Be aware this gym is about your money before you.

This was November of 2024, and I started two classes a week, I loved it so much I moved to 3 after a few months and then onto 4! I had not been to the gym in over 3 years but the women in my class and Gabby (the trainer) were so supportive and encouraging that I enjoyed going just to see them! Celebrating milestone after milestone I was up to 160 classes and was so proud of myself! Fast forward to November of 2025 and I was advised that due to aortic stenosis I needed to have open heart surgery! I was devastated to say the least! I shared this info with Gabby, she was so supportive and encouraging and advised whatever I needed she was there to support me! In February I had my surgery. My doctors advised that they could not believe how quickly I was up and walking, off pain meds and ready to go home! I advised I had been going to Blush Boot Camp for the last year, and they advised that was very instrumental in my recovery journey! What I am trying to say is that even if you are not seeing your accomplishments, they are there. I have now returned to the gym after 11 weeks in recovery and it is so good to be back with these ladies who pump each other up with support and encouragement and it is always positive environment! Gabby has been right there helping me modify and supporting my progress and for that I am thankful! Tara (the owner) welcomed me with open arms and honored my membership, even though I'm pretty sure she saw no profit from it. From the minute I walked in the doors, I knew this location was well managed and cared for. The office manager Caroline is easy going and the first to help with any needs. Head trainer Gabby is fantastic: perfect mix of welcoming, warm, energetic, passionate, motivating and knowledgeable. I have monthly Balance Meetings with her to review my goals and track progress one on one (included at no charge with my membership). Gabby understands women and sets realistic expectations. She celebrates the small wins, along with the big. She acknowledges set backs and knows that "life happens". She's a great motivator, knows when to give that extra push and/or help correct form, to prevent injury. Tara is right there daily, working out with us. You can usually find her hauling dirty towels out to her car or bringing clean ones in. Vacuuming between sessions and building connections with all the members. She does this alongside her 9-5 job. You can tell she is genuine and passionate about this business. Each location is very different (don't let drama deter you from this one). I urge you to come in and give it a try! We met through a mutual acquaintance in LA and I'm with her since. She works with me through FaceTime, call and emails. I must say that at first, I was a little bit skeptical about the success of the whole long distance program but eventually, if you follow her guidance and really have the will to shed the extra pounds and move to an healthier lifestyle, it can be done even with a nutritionist that is on the other side of the planet. The workouts are legit though, and definitely allow you to really push yourself to the next level. Their program includes a heart monitor so you can see in real time on a monitor how you are doing throughout the class. It motivates me to kick it up a notch to target those higher fat burning levels. Great, clean facility with so much attention to details. There is a large bathroom with changing areas and two showers. Soaps/shampoos available. Best part by far is free childcare, let me repeat, FREE childcare during your workout.
