I was about as fit as one could get. After giving the sport up and moving to the country, I lost much of my fitness. I also found that my knees and shoulders were limiting me on what I could do (or so I thought). I was looking for someone who could work with me to get me back on a fitness path, based on some limitations due to being older and the knee/shoulder "thing". I also love the fact that he comes to me, rather then me having to go to a gym. I've been working with TJ since early October. He is working with me to come up with exercises that are perfect for me (based on my goals and inputs - which is nice - he listens and researches). We are focusing on Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. I travel a lot, and he is picking exercises that are easy to do on the road. He is suggesting cardio activities to go along with these as well as proper diet. I know I am getting stronger and fitter. Exercises from our earlier sessions are becoming easier. I love the results I am seeing. And best of all, TJ seems genuinely interested in me and the progress I am making. The downside of no longer living in Stockton is not being a regular here, but when I'm home for the holidays or other occasions, I try to make a point of doing a class or two.
