I've been attending yoga & pilates classes here frequently for about 3 months. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. But my shoutout in this review goes to Monica Martinez! I am so empowered and astonished by her teaching style. I am so thankful to have the ability to attend her classes and learn so much from her. She has gotten me through the most difficult part of my journey to an active lifestyle. Every morning I look forward to coming to her classes! I have never had such an incredible experience with an instructor. I love her teaching style and her compassion for others. She is an asset to your gym and an inspiration to strong women everywhere. This gym is legit. I've worked and trained at many gyms for 25+ years and this one is at the top of my list. The front desk employees are so nice and have great attitudes. The equipment all works great and is clean. There's classes, child care, basketball court, tanning, juice bar, and a sauna. Everything you need. The owner is great, he checks in everyday and chats with all the members. He makes sure everyone is happy and that goes a long way! If you live in Galt or surrounding area, this should be your gym. read more

They are charging me monthly for a fee. I'm 72 years old, crippled, and a bad heart, etc. I purchased a vitamin and they hid this charge in the purchase. For months I have been trying to reach them. Open 24 hours a day! They have outdoor machines as well as indoor ones. I don't use much of the amenities besides the extra equipment outside usually but it works for my schedule haha. Don't even think about getting a membership here. First of all, they need a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. I was completely unaware of that when signing up and when I tried to cancel I wasn't told that it was gonna be too late to cancel before my payment was due for the next month so I had to pay a late fee. Second of all, I sent an email to cancel my mother's membership back in september, didn't receive any reply....apparently it was never canceled and we owed 2 late fees which was over 100 dollars. Sent the owner an email A SECOND TIME with screenshots of my email back in september along with bank statement of me paying their late fees, and all he replied with was "your cancellation has been processed" with no apology whatsoever. I demanded a refund but I highly doubt i'll get it. ALSO, they do not enforce masks :) employees and staff and instructors are all amazing though. it's a shame they have such a bad owner. My family and I love Fitness Pro! There is a large variety of machines to use which makes it easy to get a great workout in. I appreciate that the equipment here is well-kept and hardly ever broken, especially since that was one of the reasons we left our previous gym. The staff is very friendly and we feel completely comfortable leaving our 3-year-old to play in the Kid's Care while we work out, and he enjoys going, too! The addition of the juice bar elevates the gym and we look forward to drinking a yummy shake after our workouts. We are more than satisfied with our membership here. read more

Quaint gym with lots to offer. They have two weight rooms/areas, basketball court, yoga room and plenty of the typical gym machines (stairs, elliptical, treadmills, etc). Also they have various fitness classes one can attend. My only gripe is that the bulk of the fitness classes are held either early morning (5a-10a) or late evening (6p-8p) which typically doesn't work for my schedule. I'm hoping that they include more classes between 12-5p as it would be helpful for those wanting to do classes after work and before dinner time. read more

The owner is HORRIBLE to work with and unresponsive. I sent an email to cancel my membership due to moving out of Galt and he was so rude and disrespectful. Refused to cancel my membership after providing proof I moved and ignored me for 2 weeks before finally sending back a snarky reply about how he won't end my contract. I was a customer for almost 4 years and he has treated me so horrible. Will never sign up for this gym again. read more

Just try to cancel a membership!! Biggest scammer in town... they literary do everything in their power to prevent you from a simple membership cancellation. And the form they require you fill out is without question illegal. Next stop for me after having to close my checking account so these vultures don't take anymore money out of my account (which I've been paying monthly for 2 years - 1 year longer than my contractual agreement) is to forward all their ridiculous correspondence and requirements will be to the BBB to file a formal complaint. What's the deal with this place. My spouse and I are always looking for a new gym or activity to change up our routine but this place can't seem to give us a straight answer. Went in twice and two totally different sales pitches. First time young man gave us friendly but confused price, didn't seem totally sure of himself or what he was saying. Second time today lady totally contradicted what he offered and said our kids might not get to use the facilities for basketball - only sometimes. Yikes! Went today to check it out. While the equipment is well maintained (no tears on the upholstery, everything in working order) it is quite out of date. I would like to see more up to date items such as a TRX area and various rope machines. Maybe I just overlooked it but I did not see these items. And I also would enjoy sanitizing wipes placed thru out the place for people to disinfect the equip when done with it. Although they do have hand sanitizer here and there but it wouldn't hurt to go the extra mile, especially during this flu season. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/locker room was clean but on the small side. As for the daycare, the person watching the kids seemed very kind but I would not put my child in the daycare. It has an old rug that is in desperate need of updating (sorry I just have a thing against rugs around babies and the germs it holds) and more than anything I would like to see a window installed so parents can go by and peek in. It would just make me feel so much more comfortable to be able to see in to reassure me all is well. read more
