My boyfriend and I worked with Chantal and she is the best hands down. She's kind, funny, and pushes you while understanding your limitations. We only did two 30 minute sessions a week but we could see and feel a difference in our body composition and overall confidence! I sighed up online, tried to schedule an appointment, had to miss it because I work 9-5 out side of town. Scheduled another appointment for Saturday at 10. I've spent 23 minutes waiting for someone to help me finish setting up the membership I already paid for and can't use till I get the access key. No one picks up the phone. You get texts that seem to come from a real person but they dont respond when you've scheduled the appointment. Can't enter the gym unless you have the access key. Probably the worst example of customer service I have experienced simply because I haven't received any. I've paid for this membership for almost two weeks now and haven't been able to use it once simply because ANYTIME fitness doesn't have ANY customer service or prioritization for onboarding on new members. I've called multiple times, not once did I get a call back, not even durring business hours. It's ridiculous to have someone pay for a service they can't even use temporarily. I didn't even get a free trial pass. If the office isn't open on weekends, then why allow scheduling. If some members can't make an appointment, why require a first time visit if your reps aren't even going to be available to provide assistance. It just makes no sense to me as to why it has been such an ordeal for me to try and out health first for once. By the time I'm writing this review I will have been here for almost half an hour with no kind of assistance. No text, no call, no app assistance. This experience has really discouraged me from using gym services, especially this gym and I was excited to become a member since it's 24 hours and they have many locations and amenities and I would have been happy to share a positive experience if I had one. Please. I just wanna work out any time I want. Not wait in membership limbo for the off chance I see one of these elusive representatives. Still waiting for my appointment when I post this too. Will be canceling. I have no choice. I'm not gonna pay for something that I can't use. New clients should be wary of singing up. I have worked in customer service for nearly my entire working life and I have never encountered a service that has such useless customer service protocol for the real working class of Tracy. Not even a live or ai chat box in sight. No signs life in the physical office, no call backs, no emails, not even a letter. Just a total waste of time, effort and hard earned funds. First of all they lock you into a very aggressive yearly contract with no real benefits or cost savings. If something comes up (like moving) they refuse to drop it and will continue charging you until they think your "notice" is enough. Second off all the population of the gym is heavily male, and many women (including my wife) felt it necessary to move equipment into a closed off area to exercise (which I saw multiple times...being invaded by men). Forget personal training here, they're looking for 100-150 an hour, I wish I made that much working.

"Mediocre" would be a compliment. Now it feels like an abandoned project that someone forgot to finish. The decline hasn't been gradual or subtle. It's been a free fall. Yes, there's a lot of equipment. Barbells, dumbbells, Hammer Strength stations, cables, cardio machines. On paper, it looks like a fitness paradise. But walk in and take a real look. So many pads are ripped apart, machines are taped together like a middle-school craft project, and benches look like they've survived multiple natural disasters. It's embarrassing to see a gym with this much potential present itself like this. A serious facility doesn't fix equipment with electrical tape like someone patching up a kid's science fair volcano. It's not just sloppy, it's disrespectful to the people paying to use it. And the locker rooms. If you didn't know better, you'd think you'd wandered into a neglected public restroom off the freeway. The Coliseum BART station has cleaner restrooms. They are consistently filthy, and there's no excuse for it. Not at this price point. Not for a gym that used to take pride in being clean. It should not feel like a health risk just to tie your shoes. The building itself is another disaster. The roof literally collapsed in 2023. That should have been a major wake-up call, a turning point, an all-hands-on-deck moment. Instead, nearly three years later, the place is still in patchwork limbo. It feels like the gym is held together more by hope than actual structural integrity. And during the winter, the building turns into a meat locker because they can't be bothered to turn on the heat. People are walking in ready to lift and instead end up shivering through their warm-ups like they're training in an abandoned warehouse in the middle of the Arctic. Services that once made this gym feel like a premium membership have vanished completely. Childcare? Gone. Group exercise classes? Gone. Tanning? Gone. Everything that used to add value has been stripped away, yet the cost of membership has not dropped by a single cent. Members are being asked to pay for an experience that no longer exists. I took advantage of the founding member unlimited package option and haven't had any issues with scheduling. All of the classes are at level 1 and 1.5 since they just opened, but it's been shared that they will continue to assess and ask for feedback so level 2 classes will be layered in the schedule. In the meantime, the level 1 and 1.5 classes truly help with keeping the proper form and getting familiar with all the equipment. There's been a few check-ins and they've asked for feedback which you can tell they take seriously. My favorite classes have been are the Cardio Sculpt 1.5, Saturday morning Reformer Flow classes with Brianna are always a treat, and Trinity's 6am classes have been consistently great. Overall, I'd recommend and looking forward to new levels when they're ready to introduce.

I was already planning to switch to the Manteca studio once it opens, but I didn't realize that I would need an All Access membership to attend different Club Pilates locations. Because of that, I decided to cancel my membership at the Tracy studio. I understand that the membership agreement requires a 30-day written cancellation notice. I prepared a cancellation letter, printed two copies, dated it July 26, and personally delivered it to the studio on July 27. The employee at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to send an email instead. I explained that the cancellation policy states the notice must be in writing, and I was aware that my membership would continue through August 27 because of the 30-day notice requirement. I asked her to simply sign and date my extra copy of the letter as proof that I had delivered it. She refused, saying she would make sure the appropriate person received it and that someone would email me. As of today, I still have not received any confirmation that my cancellation has been processed. It's disappointing because everyone was very helpful when I was signing up, but the cancellation process has been frustrating and lacks communication. This experience has made me question whether I want to sign up at the new Manteca location, even though I was looking forward to it. Oh and I also sent an email.

Lili showed me exercises that I could do on my own in the comfort of my home. Plenty of the exercises she showed me were brand new to me, I had not seen before on YouTube or other media platforms. Lili knows exactly when and how much to push me. It was helpful how she explained the purpose of the exercises. Weeks went by and I got stronger. I eventually reached my goal. Now I'm happily jogging again almost every day and still doing the exercises she has taught me. Of course, the weight that I lost was a bonus! I'm forever grateful to Lili for helping me regain my health and confidence.
