Almost every time I'm there, I see staff actively cleaning the floors, wiping down machines, and making sure equipment stays sanitary. It's clear that they're putting effort into keeping the place clean and comfortable for members. Another thing that stands out is how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Everyone at the front desk is polite and helpful, and they always greet people when they walk in. The three manager ladies who are usually there especially deserve a shoutout--they're always professional, approachable, and doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about the gym and the members. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines, squat racks, benches, and free weights, so it's easy to get a full workout without feeling limited.

It is a great gym very bright and clean. The equipment is modern and in good condition. The staff and trainers are small in number but they do an awesome job. There are a couple that need replacement, but all good. The type of care of the machines are over all in great shape. They do make sure that their members do take care of the machines. The only place where I would give it four stars are for the cardio equipment. The bike felt a little awkward to use, the treadmill was a bit high to get onto with people who have knee problems. The best was the elliptical. Front desk, super friendly. Paco really helped me out when I needed help with the sauna and steam room. Love this gym
