She said I could talk to a manager but then never had one come up or call me back. She made my experience terrible and had the worst customer service! For that I canceled my membership and will be going to inshape! Don't recommend have a better attitude if you're going to be at the front desk !

Almost every time I'm there, I see staff actively cleaning the floors, wiping down machines, and making sure equipment stays sanitary. It's clear that they're putting effort into keeping the place clean and comfortable for members. Another thing that stands out is how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Everyone at the front desk is polite and helpful, and they always greet people when they walk in. The three manager ladies who are usually there especially deserve a shoutout--they're always professional, approachable, and doing a great job keeping things running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about the gym and the members. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines, squat racks, benches, and free weights, so it's easy to get a full workout without feeling limited.

I've never seen a staff member cleaning..... way too many gym members here are too comfortable NOT CLEANING the machines after using.... Employees should be monitoring this and cleaning. The 30 minute circuit room, that yellow room in the back- employees should be monitoring this area and making sure members are utilizing it CORRECTLY. This is supposed to be a quick circuit, completed in order. I use this room every time I go here and not one time have I been able to compete the circuit IN ORDER and not one time have I been able to use every single machine in the circuit due to other members just sitting on these machines on their phones. This is not a break area. This is a quick circuit area. Members here have the WORST gym etiquette I've ever seen and staff turns a blind eye.

There is a ton of strength equipment, which are well-kept and cared for. The 30-minute circuit also still exists at this location, which is honestly an awesome thing to still have. Additionally, I enjoy how the majority of equipment is older Precor machines, which are much smoother & better to use. ( + they weigh the actual weight labeled on the stack! ) Overall, the gym's clean and well-kept, the staff is nice, and the atmosphere is good, since everyone there minds their own business & just works out + the music choices from the staff are great.

My toddler locked herself and my infant son in my car, I ran back into the gym and Shawn immediately jumped into action and was able to call a locksmith he personally knew who arrived within minutes. All while helping calm me down and making my toddler smile. I love having a place for my kiddos to play while I can workout and have a little bit of time for myself. My kids love going to the kids zone, especially when Cayla or Landon are working. So grateful for this gym!

I'm giving this location three stars mainly because of how crowded it gets. Even though the gym…read moreitself looks spacious, during peak hours--especially during and after school--it feels more like a hangout spot than a place to work out. Trying to get a bench or a cable machine can be frustrating, with two or three people hovering around one station and constantly saying they have "a few more reps," only to pass it to their friends. If you come during off-peak hours or stick to cardio, it's much better. But if you're planning to lift weights during peak times, you may end up waiting more than actually working out. Another downside is the amount of filming going on. There are way too many tripods and people recording. It's hard not to feel like you're interrupting someone's content, even when you're just trying to get through your workout. I think management should consider limiting tripods, banning them, or at least creating a designated filming area so it doesn't disrupt other paying members. That said, the gym does have a lot going for it. There's a full indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, an upstairs stretching area, and even a kids' daycare. Overall, it's a solid gym with great amenities--just overcrowded and a bit chaotic during peak hours.

What really sets this gym apart from others I've been to is how involved and supportive the coaches are. From day one, they made me feel welcome and encouraged. They take the time to explain the exercises, make sure you're doing them correctly, and truly help you get the most out of each workout. One extra touch that really stands out is how involved the owner, Danny, is. He actually takes the time to check in with you, see how things are going, and make sure you're feeling supported. Even the motivating emails make a difference -- they help keep you accountable and remind you why you're showing up in the first place. This gym feels less like a place you just work out and more like a community that actually cares about your progress. Highly recommend if you're looking for encouragement, guidance, and a place that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Community is a big deal here, and building it is one of the main focuses of the gym. The coaches are also great at providing knowledgeable/personalized feedback. I know people are hesitant to invest in a CrossFit membership ($$) but coming from someone who's paid for multiple gym memberships and barely used them, this one is definitely worth it. The value is in having a whole community help push you towards your fitness goals. So many days I didn't feel like training but then started working out with friends and all of a sudden, it's like you're playing a game. Everyone is beyond friendly here and finding people willing to suffer through a WOD with you is pretty easy. If you want to have fun and improve your health and fitness in the process, I'd definitely recommend Excel for you.

Ionno. So I heard about this gym thru a homie which he works out here as well, with his wife also and I think the more members added to family plan, it gets discounted but there may be a limit. I dunno. Anyway, gym lockers are nice and all and ppl leave stuff without a lock but they have a good amount of trust with the ppl that work out here. This is a first gym I been to where the place it's locked (or the entry door is) unless you have a membership key card. There are hours where it's staffed. I've been a member since I believe 2022 so been working out for 4 years. Only gripe now is the constant wet floor signs with the wet floors I've started seeing recently and I usually change clothes. That's just me I know ppl already come in their active wear and just shower when they get home. I might have to do that but I'm trying to lessen the water bill using the shower here. As of today 4/10 writing this I'm seeing yet another wet area and This is like the 4th time i think. My friend said somebody destroyed the toilet(s) dropping a Thanos sized deuce. I came here like 4:30 and isn't janitorial duties usually noon-2pm? I'm getting annoyed tbh and asides from that sometimes some gym equipment will be in out of order with a note; then when it's fixed or there isn't anything and I get on it (the curling machine at mirror area next to the stairmaster), it still feels broken with a squeak in the lift position.
