I tried to cancel in person multiple times, and there was never anyone available to actually take care of it. Then, after trying to cancel, I'm hit with random, ridiculous charges anyway. How convenient. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership. You shouldn't have to repeatedly show up, find out nobody can help you, and then deal with more charges afterward. Honestly, the whole experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth. They make it incredibly easy to take your money and ridiculously difficult to stop them from taking it. If you're new, they offer your first class free, which is a great way to test it out. Be ready though... you will sweat. Just a heads up, you'll need to use their special branded mat since it's made for the heat (about $5). A couple things I didn't love: the TV in the sauna is placed pretty high, so your neck might start to hurt during the workout. I have been with multiple different trainers, but none were as excellent as she is. She is a trainer with a heart. Not only does has she helped me to lose weight but I have gain muscle. She has helped with my diet, stamina, and trouble areas! She will go as far as to make and prepare lunches for your specific diet needs. Aside from physical benefits, I have more energy and can sleep better at night. She's a great inspiration and has won numerous body building competitions, and is humble about it. If you're there to work out, she's there with you and for you. She has never left early, or called in sick. She is very dedicated to all of her clients.
