I kept being told to come back, and somehow the process was made as difficult as possible. This is now the SECOND time I've had to deal with this. I tried to cancel in person multiple times, and there was never anyone available to actually take care of it. Then, after trying to cancel, I'm hit with random, ridiculous charges anyway. How convenient. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership. You shouldn't have to repeatedly show up, find out nobody can help you, and then deal with more charges afterward. Honestly, the whole experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth. They make it incredibly easy to take your money and ridiculously difficult to stop them from taking it. If you're thinking about joining, DON'T. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the unnecessary charges. I will never give this place another dollar.

Only room for improvement I could say for me really is maintaining cleanliness in men's bathroom as sometimes the garbage gets xxtra full or it smells extra musty sometimes in the bathroom area... but even so they do a good job of keeping us clean majority of the time. Santi encouraged me to stay focused and to endure and persevere with weight training and encouragement to do our bodybuilding show. It was hard work and I cried as I did not know if I could make it through, but he did help me make it through. My first show was at 54 and I did two other shows after and I look so good at 60! Thank you Santi! May the Lord bless you always, you are blessing.

I can't say enough good things about Body by Santi…read more First of all, Santi is an extremely knowledgeable trainer and bodybuilder. He's a certified personal trainer, has won many, many competitions himself. This gives him not only the education and training he needs to help you reach your fitness goals, but also the personal knowledge that comes with having walked the walk. Santi's personality is secret weapon. He is friendly, nonjudgmental, and exuberant, knowing each of his clients by name. As you're working out, he will check on you regularly, offering advice and encouragement. You never use his gym without feeling that support. One important aspect of Body by Santi is that he's expecting you before you even come in for your workout. Your "tools" will already be set up, and each exercise will be explained and demonstrated to you (more than once, if you happen to forget what you're doing). That level of professionalism gives me confidence that my goals, as well as my wellbeing, are being carefully thought out. If you're thinking that all of this must be pretty costly, think again. I've been to three other trainers in my lifetime (two at private gyms like this, and one at a large chain), and Santi's prices are MORE than affordable. Lastly, you should know that Santi has clients of all ages and fitness levels. He runs his gym with an extremely non-judgmental ambiance, and clients appear to emulate that, following Santi's lead in providing a safe space for everyone to achieve their desired fitness level. I never thought I'd actually look FORWARD to going to the gym, but Body by Santi changed me into someone who does.

If you're new, they offer your first class free, which is a great way to test it out. Be ready though... you will sweat. You're basically working out inside a sauna, so it's intense but kind of cool as a concept. They do have showers available, which is a plus after a session like that. Just a heads up, you'll need to use their special branded mat since it's made for the heat (about $5). A couple things I didn't love: the TV in the sauna is placed pretty high, so your neck might start to hurt during the workout. Also, the video itself wasn't as engaging or energizing as I expected for a guided class. Overall, not a bad spot if you're looking to switch up your routine and try something different!

Another demo idea would be to allow members to test out the scented sprays that they have for the mat / saunas.
