First, whoever is responsible for maintaining the pools and hot tub isn't doing the job well. Over the past few months, I haven't experienced clean water a single time. The hot tub rarely has more than a couple working jets, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The pool behind the hot tub, which is usually cold, is now covered with green stuff and mold, leaves, and other debris. It's not only unpleasant, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. No one should have to wonder whether the water is safe to swim or relax in. The rest of the facility isn't much better. The gym itself is frequently dirty, and it often feels like basic cleaning is being neglected. Equipment is also regularly out of service, with broken machines sitting for extended periods with notes on them before they're repaired. When you're paying for a membership, you expect equipment to work and the facility to be clean. Management needs to prioritize maintenance, cleanliness, and timely repairs. Right now, it feels like those basics are being ignored and I can't recommend this gym based on the conditions.

We talked about it and he apologized and said it won't happen anymore. It continued and he became short and rude with his response to me about being unhappy with his lack of ability to keep a session time. Fast forward to 26 (out of the 50 I purchased) sessions spread out over 5 months when it was supposed to be 2 months because of the amount of cancelations. I can understand once or twice, stuff happens (to me too), but it was 16 times. Then he ghosted me for a few days when we were supposed to have a session. At that point I was irritated and wanted to talk to him about what we can do to better the situation, he responded with "am I going to get a lecture?". So I asked for a refund and he then ghosted me for another week then claimed to be sick at home (so sick to be able to make a phone call or send a text). So the next time I talked to him on nov 30th he says he will take care of it. It is now December 19th and I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times to no avail. So I have taken steps to pursue him in small claims court.

There are lots of invasive vines in the oaks, so you can't really admire the trees. Bring bug spray and your floats. Our kids liked the slow float down the river in their inner tubes.

There are two baseball diamonds and a medium size playground. The bathrooms are located by the baseball diamonds. Near this area is also a butterfly garden. When you walk to the lower area, there is a large gazebo which is nice for parties. There are two volleyball courts that consist of sand. The remaining area is fairly large and consist of lawn. The park parallels the Stanislaus river and there are several access points to enjoy the water. This park can get fairly busy on the weekends.

When the water is low it only comes up to your knees in most places and deep areas up to your waist. This part of the river is mostly sandy instead of rocky. The city keeps the park well maintained and there appears to a community center along with public restrooms, a butterfly garden, a large gazebo area and a volleyball area. Went on Labor Day and was surprised there were no crowds, especially since there is no entrance fee. You can either park in the park and walk to the river or you can park in a city parking area with paved trails leading towards the river. No BBQ grills or tables near the river but they do have lots of garbage bins so bring your dog, camp chairs and a picnic basket and soak in the natural beauty.

Me. Robin is an amazing coach with tremendous knowledge in nutrition and how it works for YOUR body. (right, because everyone's body is different) He is very experienced in bodybuilding and preparation for shows if that's your goal or if you just want a total transformation to extreme health and fitness, he is your guy. Rob had been coaching me and helped me shed 30 pounds of fat and build lean muscle. I always worked out and struggled with getting the results I wanted, going to the gym every day and no major change. Once Rob started guiding my nutrition and workout schedule the pounds started coming off. Every minor detail that can effect your physique will be accounted for and not only that but everything will be broken down to you so you also understand why you're doing something. This isn't another cookie cutter coach who barely replies or doesnt really care about what you want out of your body. If your looking for a serious coach/trainer, Rob is the man!! I have hired other coaches in the past, the meal plans and workouts were nothing compared to Rob's setup. He literally tells you what to eat, the times to eat your meals and tries his best to work with the types of foods you like to eat. He is very serious about the weekly check-ins so he can make proper adjustments for the week coming up, which is something I really liked about his program. At first glance this facility might come off as a bodybuilding gym but once inside everyone is so welcoming.
