Just doing an update review on where I've been doing kickboxing training for a couple of months now. I have to say in a short amount of time I've trimmed some fat and gained some muscle. They have some great trainers. Phannary and Art make sure you get a good workout in everytime. Every session is slightly different and offers a different challenge every time. I highly recommend checking them out as well as the other classes as well. I also get great tips from Austen & Shem about doing different exercises as well as strecthes that I can do at home! Shem Swerkes was my Trainer, and I wish that he still was but I live to far away now. I trained with Shem for a strong 6 months, and I saw the best results possible. I love training at The Fit Factory! My trainer Michael definitely has pushed me I'm a good way! Having a trainer versus working out alone truly makes all the difference!! I've learned so much since I started training here, I never realized how many machines or moves I was using/doing incorrectly.Training can be one on one with your trainer or small groups of 2-3.
