I love how welcoming and well informed their staff are and the availability of different machines and weights. I have gotten a great workout every time, but never really felt like I was super pushed past my limits. Great studio, great staff and truly enjoy the reformer classes!

Angelica is incredibly encouraging and does a wonderful job motivating everyone to keep coming back to her classes. She is always focused on proper form and technique, making sure everyone is exercising safely and effectively. Her positive energy and genuine care for her members truly stand out. Wow what an experience it has been working with Kevin and sculpt fitness. I truly liked Kevin as a…read moreperson when we started training! He was charismatic and encouraging! So I bought the largest personal training package available. Right of the bat I stated receiving texts about him not being able to show up to a session for one reason or another(5-10 sessions in). We talked about it and he apologized and said it won't happen anymore. It continued and he became short and rude with his response to me about being unhappy with his lack of ability to keep a session time. Fast forward to 26 (out of the 50 I purchased) sessions spread out over 5 months when it was supposed to be 2 months because of the amount of cancelations. I can understand once or twice, stuff happens (to me too), but it was 16 times. Then he ghosted me for a few days when we were supposed to have a session. At that point I was irritated and wanted to talk to him about what we can do to better the situation, he responded with "am I going to get a lecture?". So I asked for a refund and he then ghosted me for another week then claimed to be sick at home (so sick to be able to make a phone call or send a text). So the next time I talked to him on nov 30th he says he will take care of it. It is now December 19th and I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times to no avail. So I have taken steps to pursue him in small claims court.

You can tell that they do this because they love it, and they genuinely care about each and every member. I started with Ellie, back in January, and her passion, drive, and constant motivation (in and out of class) is what keeps me going back! No two classes are the same, so you'll never get bored, and you'll never leave thinking you aren't getting your money's worth! I understand illnesses can spread anywhere children gather, but I'd encourage the gym to review its cleaning protocols for toys and shared surfaces and remind parents not to bring sick children.
