They offer a variety of class times, allowing me to be consistent even with working full time. In addition to Pilates reformer classes they offer a variety of group fitness classes and fusion classes. I also love how they offer the opportunity for private sessions- that is something that has really helped me in my fitness journey. The only recommendation that I would make is on the second floor to have more plates because at times I find myself wandering the floor looking for a 45 or 25 of plates.
