My instructor, Sara, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly welcoming and made sure I never felt out of place as a first-timer. Her energy, guidance, and encouragement truly made the experience special. The studio itself was spotless, so clean and thoughtfully maintained. The essential oil scents throughout the space were absolutely fabulous and added such a calming, elevated touch to the entire experience. The cleansing and overall atmosphere were just beautiful. I'm also so proud of Taylor for the incredible studio she has continued to build, it truly shows in every detail!!! 10/10, I will definitely be coming back. Whether you're brand new like me or an experienced yogi, I would highly recommend Shine Yoga Studios to anyone looking for an amazing, welcoming, and uplifting experience.

I am getting more and more into hot yoga and I tried vinyasa yoga at an amazing studio and I loved it but being a beginner I wanted something more slower paced so I can gradually get back up to a more advanced class. This studio provides that option for me with the variety of hot yoga classes they offer from beginners to advanced. What I like about the feel good hot yoga is it is beginner friendly but still provides that challenge so it is so worth it for somebody like me who wants to focus on flexibility and weight loss. I came about 30 minutes earlier to get registered and get a feel of the place and was so cute, the woman at the front desk was very welcoming, my instructor was so kind and just provided a fun friendly atmosphere, she didn't try to push me too far just focus on going with my limits. It prompt me to do more research on the place and the owner seems amazing! I am taking advantage of the 3 for $33.00 deal and i will make a decision on if this studio will be my home or not but it's feeling like yes!

I am new so I arrived about 5 minutes early to get registered and Ashley was my instructor, she is so nice and welcoming. The whole staff is, even the students. The class was packed which was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to sit ( Ashley recommended sitting in the middle or back for newbies ) so that's what I did, a woman from the class was so polite to create a space for me which brought my anxiety down. If the classes weren't so crowded I would have gave 5 stars! Now this class was hot I mean 5 minutes in I was sweating and the class hadn't even begun yet. I love the fact that Ashley pays attention to her students, you can tell she really cares about what she does. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. I loved the juice section of the studio, it was much needed after class, I ordered the blueberry matcha which was delicious and filling ! Please try it. The woman making my drink was super cool! So overall I am coming back and I highly recommend!

I attended an All Level Yoga class tonight 4/26/26 with Monica and she is a great teacher. A special personal thank you to Patrick Kucich, who was my trainer for my first two months! I wish him the very best in his future endeavors, and look forward to working with Jillian. If you live in the Stockton or Lodi area, do yourself a HUGE favor and check them out!!
