Challenge #1 This pandemic took a toll on me big time, when it all started back in mid March. I was sad and depressed from not working at both jobs and with all of the gyms being closed. I gained so much weight within five months and was at my heaviest, I have ever been. So I decided to do something about it. Within a week and a half, I heard about The Camp Transformation Center. Decided to go in and check it out. Ended up staying for orientation. Little did I know, I signed up and took on a six week 20 lb weightloss challenge that started on Aug. 3. It was one hell of a journey trying to get used to the workouts, supplements and meal plans. Well, guess what!?!! Had my final weigh in on Sept. 14th and I crushed it! My first challenge down and 22.4 lbs lighter!!! I can definitely say I love, love this place and everything about it, from all the staffs, trainers and my AFF. The vibe and people are great! We push, motivate and support one another. Everyone was so encouraging. The trainers are always pushing us to our limits. Got us doing things we thought we can't do and always believing in us. They became my friends/family. Never have I thought I can do the workouts and lift weights. It was all new to me, but now, I love it! It became an addiction and I became a gym rat. This is the place to be if you want accountability. From the workouts and meal plans, if you stay FTDI, it works. Trust the process. I would highly recommend The Camp. Its the place to be! I must say, it's one of the greatest decision and investment I've ever made! Thank you Kelly and Gia for opening up this place!!! I've met nothing, but awesome people. Challenge #2 I must say, this second challenge for me was tough. It was way harder than the first for me at least. Each weigh in, I barely lost some weight. I did not meet that 20 pounds weightloss goal in six weeks, but I sure did lose some. I was able to shed 15.5 pounds. I'm so glad and proud of myself for coming this far. Its been quite a journey and I've came a long way within these three month. All the sacrifices and self-control was well worth it. I have to say, 38 pounds down in total between both challenges, is a lot. Not only have I lost that weight, but I have gained so much more in my endurance and strength from it all. It even boosted my confidence and self-esteem. Like I've mentioned before, I'm doing things, that I've never done or even thought I can ever do. I also have so many non scale victories along the way and I was able to drop down a couple of sizes in clothing. I love, love this place and would recommend it to everyone, that's if you want a challenge and accountability of course. Again, thank you so much to all of the staffs, trainers, and the AFF! My review of Lodi Transformation Camp. I been thin all my life up until the last 7 years. I didn't know how to lose weight since I never had to. So I tried different diets and exercises to lose weight and the most I lost was a pound. I seen an ad for the camp on Face Book in July for the 21 day challenge. I met with Ms. Gia and Kelly. I told them my goal weight and the different things I tried and failed. Ms Kelly was sharing with me her story and others stories how they lost weight. I didn't think it would work for me. I didn't think I had the endurance to keep up with the classes, but I was like what doI got to lose but a few dollars and hopefully some weight! So I did the 21 days. During my 21 days I lost 7 pounds!!! I would of lost more if I wasnt eating restaurant food!!! At the end of my 21 days, I took the 20 pound challenge August 3. At the end of my challenge Thank you Lord God I did it with the help of the wonderful trainers and the nutritional plan at the Transformation Camp!!! Altogether I lost a total of 27 pounds! All thanks to the Lord for answering my prayers and thanks to Ms Kelly and Gia for bringing The Camp to Lodi. The Camp changed my life.. If I wouldn't of took the opportunity that the Lord blessed me with I would still be overweight.. And the best thing of all is not only did I lose weight but, I don't have to take blood pressure pills no more! In November I started a 6 week challenge with a goal to lose 20lbs. I was nervous because I haven't truly worked out or watched what I ate since college. I knew it was going to be tough but knew I needed to do it for myself and my family. I didn't want to wait for the new year, I wanted to change right away. If you keep pushing your start date back you will never reach your goals! It wasn't going to be easy with my birthday and all the holidays coming up, but I couldn't keep pushing it back. Waiting until the new year would change anything I had to want the change no matter what year it was. The Lodi Camp is such a great place to workout at. All of the trainers are awesome They all want you to succeed and reach your goals. They push you to go harder each workout. The ladies at the front desk are THE BEST! They always have a smile on their faces even when it is early and freezing outside. My AFF (Awesome Fit Family) is the best. Seriously I have never been to a gym that is so friendly and encouraging. Every single person at the gym wants you to succeed. I have never felt more comfortable or accepted at a gym before. I finished my first challenge right before Christmas and I killed it. Not only did I meet the 20lb requirement to go into my second challenge, I lost inches and actually enjoy going to the gym! It was hard but so worth it. I start my second challenge in a couple days. Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Ingrid, I'm 37 years old. I've been married for 18 years and have 4 wonderful children with my husband. I've always been overweight since my 1st child, but after my 4th child I gained the most and it was extremely hard to lose the weight. I reached 183 lbs at my highest and it took me about 2 years to get to 130, but in 2019 I hit a huge curve ball and completely gave up. I went back to my old habits and found myself depressed and going in the wrong direction. I gained 36 lbs. and this point I was fed up of feeling and looking tired and fat. In May this year I started a different diet and took off 20 lbs, but as soon I came off I gain half back, but it gave me that motivation to get back and work harder. I found The Camp Transformation Center a while back and held back because it was an investment and also a drive, but this time I was committed and focused towards my goals with a disere for change. I am very happy and pleased with The Camp Transformation Center!!! I finally found a place were I can stay focused on my goals. I'm not going to sugar coat it. I worked very hard and it was the hardest challenge I have done, but I had help, guidance, and accountability. The trainers are all awesome! They motivate and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and in return accomplish victories along the way. I highly recommend The Camp! It has been an AMAZING experience for my husband and I. The Team truly motivates you to be GREAT! The AFF Team show you they have a passion to make the people they work with healthy. They push you harder and help you grow physically and mentally stronger We recently moved here to Lodi and the hubby happened to run across an ad for The Camp and went to the orientation. He immediately came home and said we can do this together. To be honest I was like NO in my head. I love to cook and I love to eat what I cooked lol BUT I thought about it more that night... I thought about all the times that I took my blood pressure and it would be through the roof.. I've been wanting to get back in shape for a long time. I just kept procrastinating... I also knew that I wanted a personal trainer to help me, because working out on my own never worked! This is a fantastic place to either lose weight, burn body fat, or just get in shape in general. All of the trainers and staff are very helpful and nice. You just make it a habit to go in and work out, and you don't have to worry about what equipment you'll need, or what workouts you are going to do, because the trainers have all of that taken care of! They also have supplements if needed and meal plans to follow. I'm going to continue my fitness journey for as long as I can there. It's a great place to be. So positive and supporting! I took the 6 week challenge (lose 5% body fat) and I completed it! I lost 5.9%! I also lost 10.5 lbs! I had to size down on my clothes, and I feel amazing! So I'm going to do 1 more challenge then I'll (hopefully) be at my ideal body fat percentage. Then I'll become a member. I'm so glad that I discovered The Camp and started getting back in shape. I don't even know where to begin... All I have to say is I am very happy and fortunate that I stumbled across Lodi Camp.This place is amazing. I've been struggling with my weight for years. I've always been the big guy. It's not fun being the big guy. Tried exercising and dieting on my own, nothing really seems to work. This place has weight loss down to a science. If you follow their instructions, you'll have no problem losing the weight. Never give up, just keep moving forward. All of the trainers are so helpful and friendly and motivating, they make you want to strive to succeed. The environment and atmosphere there is amazing. I've never been a part of anything like this before, and I love it. So my challenge was to lose 20 lb in 6 weeks. At times I didn't think I was going to do it, that I wasn't going to make it or if I was even strong enough to make it through. I ended up losing 33 lbs! I'm down to my high school weight of 206 lbs.... But my journey is not going to stop there. Next I'm going to do a hard body challenge, start losing my body fat, and getting toned up, so I can be "shirtless sexy"! Oh boy!!! The other cool part Is that I got to bring my wife along with me. I just want to share a very special victory that I have accomplished within the last 6 weeks! As hard as it was to maintain my diet this challenge, I made it past my goal of 20 pounds. Let's just say I busted my butt the last two weeks I went FTDI and did doubles everyday during hell week! It definitely was one HELL of a week but I made it! During this challenge, I found out one thing about myself. I never give up, even when it feels impossible. I've learned to love myself this year and that was the best decision I have ever made! I deserve this. I feel more confident in everything I do, thanks to the camp! I am not scared to try new things anymore and got past my fear of failing. My AFF has been such a motivation to continue my fitness journey. It's crazy how many wonderful people I've met over these past five months. This was my First Challenge (lose 20lbs in 6 weeks) I must say "It does actually work." I started at 170lbs, I just had a baby and I needed someone to push me and keep accountability of my weight. I made the decision to try this out, especially I heard the gym was opened and they had safe procedures during pandemic. I've learned about what food to intake, I learned how strong I can become, and I followed everything to the T' on what they taught me! Every weigh in kid you not I lost weight. Rather it was 5lbs, 3lbs, 4lbs I took it and didn't look back lol I'm at the end of my 6 weeks right now my last weigh in is on Monday I'm already to the finish line. So far I've lost 15 lbs, and I'm not done until a few days I must say I feel lighter than yesterday and I feel accomplishing my goal on Monday whatever it is maybe it will be on the dot, close to my goal weight or more than my goal weight I know in my mind and soul, I lost a good portion of my weight and I feel much better and i feel way more energy than before. Everyone is notices it so I must be doing something right ! If you really need to lose weight and don't know where to start don't give up on yourself. If I can do it you can do it too! I recently completed a 6 week 20 lb challenge. I wasn't able to lose 20 lbs, I weighed out at 18.3 BUT that's still a lot to lose! I find that I am able to run and keep a pace for MUCH longer than before (in fact I had to stop a lot before). I can bend over and tie my shoes without getting winded, I have slimmed down in a lot of areas on my body including my back which I am very self conscious of. The trainers are amazing, it's never the same workout so I never got bored, it's challenging mentally and physically, and The Camp is full of amazing and supportive people. They give you all of the things you need to succeed, all you have to do is show up, work out, and follow the damn instructions! I decided to do this challenge for a few reasons, I really needed to make a change in my life and get healthier, I want to look and feel great in my wedding photos when we get married in May, to prove a point that I could actually stick with a program, and to feel good about myself every day and feel more confident. I'm not trying to get skinny, I'm getting FIT and HEALTHY! Even though I didn't qualify for the next challenge, I will continue my journey as a member and keep this new habit up with my awesome fit family! read more

I needed something to kick start my weight loss & hold me accountable. I suffer from Lupus. Long story short. I suffered from Kidney organ failure, then Diaylsis for almost a year. My Amazing high school friend Rachael Blessed me with her Kidney. Once that gift of life was put back into me I was able to eat all the things I couldn't before & gained all my weight back & then some! I needed to make sure I'm honoring this gift God gave me and be healthy. So I decided to follow in my Moms footsteps and do the 6week- 20lb challenge. Best decision I could of made! It's a friendly, uplifting & motivating environment. It is contagious! The Staff is Amazing! They are never forceful or in your face yelling but, encouraging & positive. If they see you struggling they show you modifications. Which is extremely helpful and I still use. Music gets you going. Everyone working out is cheering each other on. I have always liked the fitness life, but when the pandemic started I forgot a little about myself and began to neglect myself, when the gyms reopened I thought about going back to a gym and started looking for options, then I found out about The camp in lodi on facebook and I said why not giving it a try, the first time I went for the orientation I looked at some classes that were going on and I said wow I can see that I am going to like it, well in summary I recommend The camp, since your not only working out but also having fun and coaches are really helpful, They push you to do better every time, and I like that because that motivates you to do better each reap and when they see you tired they come help and motivate you to finish your work out, I am very happy that I have achieved my goal by following the nutritional guide and attending the classes, remember nothing works if you dont. 10/10 I first heard about the camp through and old coworker and I wanted to know about it, I heard about it again and wanted to try, but I didn't. About a year later, Covid hit and the gym I was going to "closed down" I was mistreated and disrespected at my old gym. And then I saw an ad on Facebook for The Camp Transformation Center. I put in my phone number and said it worth a shot. I was asked to come to an orientation where I was given in depth information about the programs available. I was able to see some of the workouts that were going on outside and I was excited! That's where my transformation journey began. I loved this place! I lost 22 pounds in my first 6 week challenge. The food plan and online groups with recipes makes it fun and easy to follow. The work out are great and last just long enough. Its great to have trainers that have been in your shoes and went through the camp transformation as well. The last week was hard and I still needed to lose 4 pounds and with the support and help from the awesome staff I lost 6.. I love all the supportive quotes on the walls and in our book. The team has done a great job wearing masks and sanitizing everything and keeping us all safe from spread of Covid. Cant wait for round 2! I have tried so many weight loss programs and lost weight but gained back cuz I didn't know what to do as an everyday plan. Thats why i love this so much the staff will help every step of the way.. Lost around 16lbs overall! I'm glad to see I can get to this low of a weight, for me it is important for my career. I plan too stay around this weight, and I'd like to thank The Camp in lodi, for their help. The trainers are awesome, they bring energy, and support. The hours are very flexible, I can even go on the weekends to work out if I want. I'm glad they are open seven days a week. The staff are really nice, and are cool to talk too. The feeling after a work out here, is great! I enjoyed seeing my progress, which was being able to do the workouts easier, and when sparring, I felt I had a lot more cardio. This was due to the exercises the trainers here had me do, and the Weight loss they helped me with. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to get in great shape, quickly. I have seen a lot of people on Facebook write about their success while attending a Camp Transformation Gyms and I always thought to myself I could do that, but I never made the effort to sign up till 6 weeks ago. That decision has been one of the best I have ever made. The trainers, staff & gym members have been very supportive and encouraging that success is waiting for you if you follow the rules. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 28.8 lbs! This was a number that I thought was insurmountable till I walked though the doors of this gym. I want to thank all the trainers, staff and the 5:00am gym crew for their encouragement and support. Today I completed my six week challenge! I am Supper exited and happy for the decision I've made.i love the camp , the staff the coaches are great they are so motivating and they push us every day to do our very best. They feed u off Positivity and tips for our journey and motivation along the way! before starting the camp I would never workout because I didn't enjoy it and also because I didn't know what exercises to do, now I look forward to going to the camp and working out it's very exiting because every day is something completely different you never know what to expect it's always a killer workout but if it's not a challenge it ain't working. THIS IS NOT FOR THE WEAK! If you have the motivation and will you can accomplish anything. I started the 6 week challenge because I was tired of making excuses and now the Camp is the best thing that happened to me in a long time, Physically and mentally! The coaches and staff definitely kept me coming back and helped with the motivation. I beat my first challenge today and ready to take down the next one! It was also really awesome being able to see everyone's transformation in person rather than just photos. I can't remember the last time I felt this good about myself and I hope to motivate others surrounding me to join for great results.
