Writing this now because I just saw an outlet underneath the sink that's not at all mounted to the wall and was reminded of how ridiculous this whole ordeal was. They'd come maybe 2 times a week, maybe less, sit in the driveway and wait for each other for a while, and they'd always forget what they were supposed to do. Then they'd say "ah ya we remember now, gotta go to Home Depot" and take another 1-2 hours. The pace of work was incredibly slow. When they were redoing our kitchen, we came home and saw that the main handyman had bought cabinets for the sink that opened straight into the fridge and stove, so you could barely open them. It was on a corner, so clearly a corner / lazy Susan cabinet was needed. Delayed the job by however many days. They cracked the sink they put in, and there's carvings in the countertops from where they messed up with sloppy cutting. When they installed the AC window units, they stained the window panes, sink, and the outside of the house with the insulation foam and didn't attempt to clean it until I asked. They didn't get much up; still stained. They didn't put calking around the countertop they put in behind the sink. There were a bunch of other times where similar things happened that I had to ask them to redo it or do a part of the job they'd missed.

I found other reviews on Reddit from those experienced 200% price hikes after a few months. Currently looking for another facility that offers more reasonable price increases over time.

They really try to incorporate a lot of practical life learning. Our son absolutely loves it. They are also very good about posting updates in the Procare app. We get to see when his diapers are checked and/or changed, when and how much he's eaten his snacks and lunch. In particular, I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Amanda's Toddler classroom. Our daughter came home weekly with beautifully crafted art projects and we received regular photo updates from the Procare app, which gave us peace of mind when she was so little. She also began potty training around 25 months old when Ms. Amanda noticed that she showed interest, and I attribute her potty training success to the consistent effort and support reinforced by her and the rest of the teachers. Another positive is that our very picky eater has been a big fan of the hot lunch program, which is cooked on-site (thanks Ms. Gene!) I would remove a star as there was quite a bit of staff turnover right as our daughter switched into the Pre-Primary classroom. This was unfortunate as the ever-changing staff made the transition more challenging for our child, and she had a bit of a regression. However, once Ms. Nona was instated as the main teacher, she was patient and worked with our daughter, meeting her at her level until she got over the hump. I noticed the past couple of years at the lines are impossibly long at all times. I believe they may be understaffed. What's most upsetting to me is there is one employee who is so pushy. I once went in about half an hour after they closed to use the self-service machine and he literally made me stop mid-transaction and leave because he "wanted to go home'. I would expect that he would offer his help to help me finish my transaction more quickly. At least 50% of the time the machine does not read the QR codes. I either have to try the transaction multiple times or I have to enter the tracking number manually which invariably generates an error. Another time I walked in and granted it was one minute before closing but the doors were still open and he actually walked me back out after I was inside. Is it my fault that he didn't lock the doors when they were supposedly closed? I find it extremely frustrating. I have a job during business hours and often have to rush there just before closing. Because of these recent experiences I find myself looking for any other shipment service that I prefer to use instead. They're also open longer hours.
