It took 4 visits to fix brakes on one unit. 2/ 4 times somebody told us we were doing something wrong. The vehicle was unsafe to drive. On the last visit they dismantled the wheels on our lift in the parking lot, accused us of switching serial numbers, and left the lift out over the weekend in pieces. When I called I simply asked "Are you going to be responsible for any missing parts?" I got a reply "It's on your parking lot not ours" Very unprofessional. Somebody did come out and finally fix it, but this went on for close to a month. After all the headache, not even a "We are are sorry, take 10% off" type service you get with other places. The break job ended costing over $2k.

They did the job and left, but because they wound the cables incorrectly the counterweight hit the ground. They put tenants in danger, and refused to repair their own faulty work because they "don't warranty work without a contract." Do not trust these people. They will charge you for shoddy work, put people in danger, and refuse to take accountability for their own mistakes.

I feel scammed by these people. (Yelp should really put a…read morenegative star to be a choice) I reached out to these people regarding my dryer that was out of service. I asked if they worked with Samsung dryers and also letting them know a head of time what the issue was, which was the motor. (Back story I already had someone come take a look because the dryer wouldn't turn on right away, it would stall at times, the diagnosis was it needed a new motor. During this time it was late summer weather was hot and we said it can wait let's hang dry. Now November came around and we said it's time. I tried finding the individual that said it was motor to come handle the repair, unfortunately I missed placed the number) I started the search, so these people responded to my inquiry and for me to schedule a service diagnosis. (See attached pictures) Ok I get the diagnosis scheduled on 11/25. Some guy named Anton Boronayev comes and I was immediately was thrown off by his demeanor. First thing he does was opens the dryer door and turned it on and an error code DC comes up. Dude turns to google and then proceeds to tell me that this issue was a sensor. I said no that means the dryer door is open so close it and the error code will disappear truth behold he closes the dryer hits on switch to power it up the dryer turns on, no rattling. Then proceeds to tell me that it's ... "Drier Dram Belt And Dram Rollers Replacement" (his spelling not mine, see attached photo for invoice notes) So it went from being a sensor issue to now the drum belt, and drum rollers. OK i said, he's "the professional", but I messed up. This is what I get for being desperate, and not trusting my gut when this dude turned to Google to Search the DC code bad judgment on myself. I proceed. I pay the invoice repairs are done. OK, now let's fast forward to January, same previous issue is happening all over again. On January 7 I reached out to this company asking for support. (Picture attached) I get appointment for January 9. Same dude. He was in my home for all of two minutes and some how gathered that the it's the motor now. I get an invoice recommendation "Replace dryer drive motor assembly to restore normal operation" (Invoice attached) BS! I I got on the phone. I spoke to Rose I. Gave her my spill, letting her know that how I feel taken advantage of. Especially because I gave them the heads up about the motor being the issue, but it was totally disregarded, with the so-called diagnosis that was done initially. I asked for them to meet me halfway that I don't feel like I should be paying full price for another repair because they couldn't do their job right the first time that they're supposed to be professionals, but they're taking advantage of people. Rose I. Couldn't even have the common decency to give me a call back to relay information from the technicians. All I get was a text message response with the information I already had from the invoice. Bad customer service. But i'm sure you guess by now, they chose not to meet me Halfway to see my side of things, and best Believe I'm not gonna full price for this new invoice. It's the principal. So now I'm back to square one with a broken dryer. So to anyone out there, think twice about hiring these people!

We live in Malibu and purchased a 60-kw, whole-house Generac generator. The unit was purchased by…read moreour electrician directly from Generac, and was professionally installed. We bought an extended warranty and Generac assigned our warranty to Elite Generators. We've been working with Elite for months now on two warranty issues. Their customer service is just awful. We have found it very difficult to communicate and schedule work. The team that answers the phone will often say "we're super swamped over here, but let me check and I'll call you right back, OK?" And then they don't call back for days. We then have to follow up, and then it's the same thing all over again. Most recently, we paid a large service fee for Elite to come make a warranty repair (a sensor issue that caused the generator to not start up when the power goes out). I took week of following up and a hassle of phone calls to get the part ordered, and then again to get the work scheduled. And the repair didn't work, so I called them a week ago to let them know that the replaced sensor did not solve the issue. Again, they said "we are super busy with other jobs, we wish that you would would hire us for (expensive) regular service, but we'll see about scheduling this repair and will get back to you." It has been been a week and I hadn't hearf from them, so I called again today. What do you think they said? "we're super busy, will call you back." Sure. We have elderly people in our home, young kids, and rely on that generator for life safety issues. I recommend finding someone else for you generac generator warranty issues.

I have a busy work schedule and my service was just a maintenance call. Mike emailed me back and we agreed on December 7th as the service date. He gave me the noon to 2:00pm window. He showed up at 12:20pm and he was very honest, nice and detailed in his service. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and he took the time to explain to me the basic care needed to extend the life of my treadmill. He even told me how I could do some of the basic maintenance myself. So, he is an honest man not about to rip you off. His work took less than an hour, but I would definitely call him back for any type of service on my treadmill. Awesome guy. Just make sure you are flexible and plan ahead.

This is the second time we've used Genuine Air Qualtiy. We hadn't had the dryer air duct cleaned…read morein nearly 3 years and it was more than time to do it again. The duct is particularly long (over 20 feet) and was pretty clogged up. Ryan couldn't make it during our first scheduled visit, but he let us know beforehand and arrived exactly when he promised at the second date. He cleaned out the duct, serviced the dryer, and left everything very well taken care of. He is polite and very professional. We will definitely use his company again (and not wait so long this time.)
