I've been getting my service there for 6 years now on my 2010 gecko green beetle. Nothing but…read morepositive things to say. Had a door panel switch fixed, bought 2 sets of tires from them, and had them do my belts and water pump over the years. Every time the service quotes were up front and very fair. Andy, the owner and his wife make the place feel more like a family service shop and always have made me feel like I can trust them. On the water pump job, a day later I had a leak on one of my hoses due to dry rot (not their fault at all). Brought it right back, Andy took one look at it and said he was sorry and hates to see cars come back to the shop for a second round. They fit me right in that day to fix the hose and make it right on the spot. Only charged for the hose and no labor. If that's not good customer service I don't know what is. Just bought a certified 2014 golf TDI to add to the stable. Asked on if they do full service on TDI's, and they do. This type of service from a independent shop is hard to find given the complexity of VW direct injection diesels to work on. Most shops will turn you away, but not this one. Instead of going to the local clown shop (aka Vernon stealership I bought the car from), I will have them do work on this car in the future. If you have a VW or Audi product this shop is worth checking out.

My husband does a lot of our car work so we didn't have a 'go-to' garage. When I asked my mom…read morewhere she took her car she mentioned that she's been bringing cars to Showroom for many many years. Mom's been happy with their work for years, and now I'm happy with it as well. I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. Megan does all the phone and desk stuff and she's knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Thanks for providing great service and great work!

I brought my motorhome to these guys to have the coach leveled as it tilted to one side. I was…read moreinformed a shim would not work and it needed an air ride suspension. So i dropped it off on May 29th 2026. After at least 15 calls and messages left for them after the truck sat in there yard until October 20th, I don't understand how it can take three months to add in an air ride suspension, every time I call it was going to be completed in a week. One time they told me due to COVID it was still hard too get parts. They finally got the parts and it took an additional two weeks. So on my last call after the 4th or 5th excuse they asked if there was anything they could do to smooth things over, so i said sure, i have a leaking inner right side rear tire , can you pull the tire and seal or check the bead. I was assured it would be taken care of. Well i pick up the RV got it home for winterizing and the right rear tire is still leaking air as it was not fixes, additionally as i was detailing the coach i notice a deep set of scratches in the rear as if someone had back into at their garage. I don't even know what to say, i have never had such a poor experience in my life. What makes it worse is my wife called me out to see the coach and she askes me what that crake is in the drives side window, its 8 inches long . It looks like it got hit by something large, so now i have to buy a 5000.00 windshield, i expect that they will not assume any responsibility for the damage they did or really acre about the poor quality service.
