The instructor is fun and energetic. She is friendly to everyone in class and makes everyone comfortable to be there. I would go again.

You can't go wrong joining Pure Barre Redmond. Some reasons are:…read more1. the teachers are very interested in giving their best classes. Their enthusiasm is infectious. 2. volume of classes per day 3. variety of classes per day 4. assistance from teachers regarding questions about form and technique 5. helps getting you into your best shape with regular in-body scans 6. I really like the Define class with the heavier weights but there are classes that are more Cardio based or yoga style. There is also a class geared towards beginners. 7. the various challenges throughout the year help you set goals to achieve. 8. the owner takes into consideration her clientele's feedback on adding class formats and times that the customers would like to have.

All the staff and instructors are incredibly warm and helpful and knowledgeable. They make an effort to get to know you and remember your name (and say it correctly!). The classes are really good and follow the classic Pure Barre formula. The facility is convenient in a bustling part of town and has great parking options, so it's easy to squeeze in a class while running errands. I'm really happy to have found this spot! Note, I've been using this via ClassPass and they're moving off the platform, so you'll need to buy classes or a membership directly and they are not transferable across other locations since Pure Barre a private franchise model.

This studio left a lasting impression on me. I had gotten some free classes that brought me in to…read moretry them once, but then I got hooked and became a (non-regular) paying customer (this location was too far from me for it to be regular, but I liked this location more than other ones I had tried, so mentally I would've been a regular there if I could've). I have gone to countless different gyms and boutique fitness businesses but this one hit a little differently. Maybe the extra light in the studio helps, maybe it is their fantastic staff - from the door to the floor - but it all made me happy and feel more content with my day once I went. Its been a little minute since I've been, but just wanted to randomly drop by this review in case anyone has been wondering whether to check it out or not. The instructors are amazing and so bada**, I wish I could have their endurance to talk and workout so hard at the same time! Having tried many other classes, no one has beaten my experience with them because they are so in tune with their clients and knowledgeable in helping you find the adjustments you need if you want them, which other places lack. It all helped me strengthen things I didn't know I needed to strengthen. Keep it up, Barre3 Issy. (And take a class with Trina if she's still there - she'll kick your booty.)

Workouts can sometimes become mundane and routine. Barre3 showed me that physical fitness involves…read moremore than just weights and cardio. This class challenged me to work on muscle groups outside of my normal CrossFit WODS. The class started with an introduction to the equipments, and class expectations. Barre3 is a combination of ballet, yoga, Pilates, dance, and functional training. The workout is done barefoot. We completed some stretching movements as a warm up to our hour long rou. The soundtrack slowly sped up in tempo signaling the transition to more challenging movements. This was a full body workout. The moves included slight modifications depending on personal dexterity and fitness level. The entire workout centered on engaging the muscles while slightly shifting positions. What I liked about the experience was the dynamics of class. It invoked a feeling of community and a sense belonging. The instructor was encouraging and the music selection was perfect. I'll definitely look into incorporating more of Barre3 into my workout. This location was clean and organized. There is available lot and street parking. I would absolutely recommend this workout to anyone looking to change up their routine.

I came in for a intro class to see how I would like it and from the 30 min that I had, I really…read moreenjoyed it. The workout was definitely intense and effective and I would love to continue, but the way they harrass you about the memberships is enough to make me never want to return. I understand that encouraging people to sign up for memberships is part of the job and I fully expected them to discuss membership options, but the way they continued to push and push no matter what I told them, left a bad taste in my mouth. Even after telling them that I would be moving out of state next month so I didn't want to commit to a membership (since each one is a 3 month minimum), they still pushed it and suggested I start a membership and cancel before I move. Personally, that doesn't make sense to me. Right before they brought up memberships, they were going on and on about how close the pure barre community was, but after the membership pressure, I felt like they did not care about me at all and just wanted my money. Also less than 24 hrs after the class, they had already called, left a voicemail, AND texted me about starting a membership. I probably would have eventually signed up for one after trying a full single class, but now I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

I found Barre3 Kirkland about six months ago. At the time, I'd not found a fitness routine that I…read morecould stick to for over a decade. I struggled with self-motivation, did not feel confident as I fumbled around a gym, and struggled with chronic pain due to several car accidents and demanding athletic activity throughout childhood. Walking through the doors of this Barre3 studio changed all of this for me. I was hooked before I'd completed my first class! Not only are the workouts challenging and dynamic, I find myself experiencing an exponential boost in confidence and competence regarding mobility, breath, and functional strength. Prior to Barre3, I was unable to successfully use my postural muscles effectively, due to long term injury. After 6 months of Barre3 workouts, my chiropractor recently shared that my posture is improving greatly! What truly sets Barre3 Kirkland apart from other fitness studios is the strong sense of community that exists within the space. Owners, Elizabeth and Hannah, along with their wonderful team, create an atmosphere that is welcoming, inclusive, and safe for people to move, grow, challenge themselves, and be vulnerable throughout the process. Their intentional efforts to authentically engage and build relationships with participants fosters an atmosphere that that feels unlike any other fitness environment. I genuinely feel like I am loved and cared for by staff and other studio members--what a gift. This place is truly special. If you're looking for a studio that feels like home, this is the place for you.
