The equipment is in fantastic shape and the gym is always clean and organized. They have a fantastic variety of free weights and machines and can accommodate almost any type of training. As other reviewers have noted, the location is very convenient, there's dedicated parking, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Update after 2 years of working out here. Still *love* this gym. Wanted to add that I've been doing PT sessions (8x a month) with their personal trainers, Jeremy and Andrew. Can't recommend them enough! Both know their stuff, provide excellent feedback, support, and motivation, and something that didn't occur to me ahead of time - they help get the weights/exercises setup, which makes my time in the gym that much more efficient! The gym is going to continue adding new equipment, and they have some great plans for the future. I'm excited to see what comes.

I have been working out here for almost a year now and have not once felt judged or watched. The trainers in this gym are amazing putting 100% effort in trainings for each and every session, not only do I feel more confident but also happier The front desk team is always on top of cleaning, organizing and making sure the gym is at its best, the whole 23Fit team shows a welcoming community and I wouldn't want to choose any other gym! Not to mention the sauna including RED LIGHT THERAPY Thank you to this amazing gym

Former employee here in the personal training department. I worked out on a daily basis and was…read morevery happy with the racks - there are 8 of them and they were perfect for Olympic Weightlifting but aside from that, the equipment is basic - one Smith machine that is unstable under heavy weights, only two flat bench presses, no pec decs. As a trainer, I would not recommend this gym for advanced training. They lack proper equipment and are more concerned about sales numbers instead of focusing on member experience. Regarding members, I find the current administration lacking in basic understanding of the luxury experience. For almost 300 dollars, you'd expect to be treated with exceptional service, but that is not the case in this location. In addition to training, I offered stretching services but my table was located literally 2 feet from a janitorial closet that was accessed at least every 15 mins (mind you the cleaning staff was GREAT) which made the experience less than luxurious with the smell of cleaning equipment permeating the air. I have on numerous occasions asked for a different location but they never addressed it but my clients continued to pay premium price. Furthermore, they do not communicate with members when there are changes, they don't address concerns immediately, and take ages to address real concerns about safety, e.g. photography in the locker rooms and/or addressing concerns about inappropriate behavior from other members - creating a very unsafe space. On the issue of treatment of workers, it's even worse. My personal experience was terribly traumatic. I felt unsafe as an employee especially after several incidents regarding behaviors that directly impacted my well-being as a gay person of color. They lack the sensitivity or wherewithal to address these concerns in a meaningful way - even after being informed of specific concerns. The hiring process is overtly nepotistic - the training manager and lead general showed patterns of favoritism towards men they knew from their past - mind you, their backgrounds rests in their experiences in non-luxury gyms like 24 fitness. They would hire men without vetting through multiple interviews - I had to interview with 3 people before I was hired and went through a very long process. One of their nepo hires commented that I looked like I had AIDS. Furthermore, they take advantage of trainers' time. I spent hundreds of hours to acquire leads via class offerings that were largely unpaid - this was a necessary tool because they typically do not give necessary support and resources. I created my own Instagram and videos on my own time - which helped my business but they removed it after approval and blamed me for inquiring about it. The studio lead claimed she didn't know how it happened, but it was clear she knew but refused to make any changes opting instead to cover up their error (these are documented). I quit this place because it's unsafe for people like me. I would not recommend this place for women or persons of color and definitely not for the gay community. In addition, I believe their pricing and offer of "amenities" are NOT commensurate with what Life Time generally offers. It's not worth the price because it's a basic gym with little to no luxury treatment of members.

It has lots of room for improvement - some of which I will get into the details later. BUT! Compared to some of the other venues in this area, they are above average. Due to the nature of my job, I have been to several meeting/ball/conference rooms at various hotels all around the world. I participate in a monthly training at Bellevue Club, so even though I am not a member there, I get to use some of their facilities and catering food. They offer several types of lunch options. Mexican, Asian, Mediterranean, and American. The food quality tbh is just okay. But okay is okay! It is what is expected of food like this that is prepared for 200+ guests. I am not sure if they make their own desserts or not but I do enjoy their desserts more often than their lunch offerings. For example, Apple Tart (as pictured) was quite good! It was very sweet but the nutty flavors from the pecans and cinnamon balanced it out. I just wish that the food quality is more consistent. Some months, we get meats that are just way over cooked. Some months they come out near perfect. They have several meeting/conference rooms of different sizes and I have been in at least 4 different rooms. The room are clean and seats are comfortable enough. Projectors work and sound system is just fine as well. Zero complaints there. All the service employees I have interacted with have been very nice! I know there is a set minimum purchase for food/drinks to rent the room(s) but I do not remember the exact dollar amount. Based on memory, I did not think it was that expensive. Parking is free but they ask us to park at the Hilton parking lot, which is within 3 minutes walking distance. Just be careful - there are some designated parking spots owned by Diamond Parking. Do NOT park in these spots. You will be fined. I do not understand what Diamond Parking owns a certain number of spots inside of a hotel parking lot. Not cool! Bellevue Club also offers valet parking. I am not sure if this is only for the hotel guests though. I have not tried but I have interacted with the valet parking staff. They are all very nice and cool. That's about it! If you need to borrow a meeting room for 100+ people on the eastside, I can definitely recommend Bellevue Club.

For a gym environment, proper air circulation is essential, yet the air feels stagnant and there is a persistent, strong odor. It is very difficult to work out in these conditions. I'm literally drenched in sweat the moment I walk in, and the lack of fresh air makes me feel lightheaded and dizzy during my sets. Is there a working AC system? Are there plans to improve cooling for the summer? I need to know this before I decide whether to renew my membership or not. The last three months have been unbearable, and I believe this might even be a safety/health code issue. Second, the equipment. Many of the machines in the main area, specifically the hip abduction/adduction (inner/outer thigh) and leg curl machines, are broken. While the renovated zone is great, these essential machines have been out of order for a while. Are there plans to repair or replace them soon? I would appreciate a clear response so I can understand if I should continue coming here this summer or if I need to look for another gym where the conditions are safer and the equipment is functional.

It isn't like typical gyms, it feels more like a gym-resort-wellness center. It has high ceiling and ventilation is great. It can get smelly if it's super busy but that's why I go in the morning. I also like how everyone just focuses on themselves and no one is judging or being "weird." It's like everyone working out on their own pace and no judgement. I also had no experiences of going to the gym. It feels daunting initially because there's so many machines and it's overwhelming, which is why I particularly wanted to get a personal trainer and I love mine. Ainura is wonderful, she remembers the body goals im after and she helps me with a workout plan that will help me. You can see photos of my 3 month progress as proof. I've also had to visit out of state gyms due to work and I can safely say... pro club still the best. Love the staffs, environment, aura, and my trainer. LASTLY, I know it's on the higher end compared to other gyms but the amenities make it up. For example, free classes of Pilates, yoga, Zumba, etc. Going to miss Pro club for the next 2 weeks since I'm traveling :(

The Ultimate Premium Paradise (If You Hold a Paddle)…read more Let me start by saying: don't let this visual rating confuse you. It's perfect. It's magnificent. It's bespoke luxury. But only for us. The minute I picked up a paddle, I realized I was royalty and that Bay Club understands true elite status. My every minor whim is their command. I casually mention the "squeaky old basketball courts" are a bit archaic and inefficient for our gentlemanly strategy? Poof!--they literally roll a glorious slab of semi-permanent, cushioned vinyl right over that outdated, varnished hardwood. It's absolutely chef's kiss. They paved over the past, and I got more nets! The acoustic-deadening luxury is unparalleled. Who needs to see wood grain when you can have industrial-grade linoleum that silences the ghosts of whatever irrelevant sport used to be played here? This is what peak performance looks like: endless courts, endless tournaments, endless "Zero-Zero-Two!" shouts echoing through the hall. We don't need to sweat like animals; we dominate from a neat 10-foot box with true finesse. And to those disgruntled, archaic hoop-heads lingering in the corners? Please, evaporate. Your sport is a relic, a shambling corpse, and the NBA is literally a joke propped up by shoe commercials and social media drama. The refs couldn't spot a travel if a player packed a suitcase, booked a direct flight out of Sea-Tac, and walked through TSA with the ball tucked under their arm. Did they take three steps? Four? A gather-step? Just carry the ball like a running back, nobody cares anymore! There are no rules, just chaos and unnecessary, vulgar sweating. Seriously, the puddles of "hard work" they leave are a public health hazard. Disgusting. The old days are gone, Grandpa. I hear other people complaining about cleaning staffs being cut? Or the weight room looking like a monochrome hospital ward? As if that matters. I'm too focused on my next dink to notice dust, and who lifts weights when you can master gentlemanly strategy? Thank you, Bay Club, for finally prioritizing true culture and paving the way to the future. Keep the vinyl coming! See you all in the kitchen! Fine print: (This rating is purely for maximum visibility, as nobody reads 5-star reviews. Attracting your eyeballs was paramount.)
