Our class consists of five people (the maximum size), and he customizes each workout to accommodate individual body types and prior injuries. Drake is extremely knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics--muscles, fascia, ligaments, and more. To us, he is not just a trainer; he could easily pass for a physical therapist. His deep understanding of different body issues has helped us stay strong and avoid injuries, which is especially important as we remain active into our seventies. As an added bonus, Drake is warm, personable, and genuinely invested in keeping his clients healthy, strong, and injury-free. We highly recommend Drake as a trainer and hope to continue training with him at Good Time Fitness for many years to come. Good Time Fitness has a great atmosphere, an excellent range of equipment, and a very clean, well-maintained facility. She completely understood where I was coming from, what my goals and fears were and was able to suggest adaptation to exercises and some new equipment that I had never even heard about. She is an educated, knowledgeable and experienced trainer and an awesome person all around. I really appreciated that she was able to explain what we were doing and why, short term and long term. I was impressed by how well she was able to judge my abilities (she was better at it than me!) and how attentive she was during our training. I could relax and exercise without any anxiety. I have to say that it was really impressive how she was able to give me just the right amount and type of encouragement and support I needed. All of these things led me to enjoy my gym time even more. It's been over a year now, and my results are great! I am so much stronger and capable now, with better stamina, and have more self confidence. I am seeing some body recomposition happening and I couldn't be happier. My mental health has improved a lot and now going to the gym is the highlight of my week. I'm pretty sure I gained a friend in Alina, along with all those other things, which is beyond awesome. I was incredibly lucky to have found Alina when I had. The equipment is in fantastic shape and the gym is always clean and organized. They have a fantastic variety of free weights and machines and can accommodate almost any type of training. Still *love* this gym. Wanted to add that I've been doing PT sessions (8x a month) with their personal trainers, Jeremy and Andrew. Can't recommend them enough! Both know their stuff, provide excellent feedback, support, and motivation, and something that didn't occur to me ahead of time - they help get the weights/exercises setup, which makes my time in the gym that much more efficient! The gym is going to continue adding new equipment, and they have some great plans for the future. I'm excited to see what comes.

Be prepared to answer "how many more sets do you have left?" - overstimulating M-Fri 5-8pm. There is a new remodel going on and they seem to be getting way more new clients. This just means it's going to be an awfully packed gym. As of recently, their staff have been better. They greet you and are generally welcoming. Cleanliness is a major issue here. I do not recommend immunocompromised people to be in the women's restroom for too long. There is black mold and not ventilated. I urge everyone to submit a WA state L&I complaint about this. Their workers do the best they can and maintain daily but something has to be done about the mold. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for these workers that have to be in it day to day and don't mask up. Lastly, their gym equipment is not as clean and the only PPE offered are alcohol wipes - half of their time they're out. You get what you pay for. Mold, very good gym equipment, high traffic gym and budget friendly.

We all have different goals (add muscle mass, lose weight, improve conditioning, etc), but to get results sometimes you just need someone else to lay it out for you and hold you accountable. I'm currently maintaining the most muscle mass in my life with noticeable improvements in strength, while the wifey has slimmed down a ton while adding muscle as well. We're all human and have flaws (cheat days) which she understands, but she'll hold you accountable for your poor diet and is always suggesting nutrition improvements. The workout space is in a building suite, with all the weights, machines, training equipment, etc. This isn't a typical gym; there are no cardio treadmills/ ellipticals/ bikes, but you can get the same effect with what she has you do (what trainer wants to watch you do cardio anyways?). The workouts are kept challenging and tailored to your end goal, as she pushes you to the max. She trains all age ranges from teens to seniors, individuals and small groups as well. Camie will be challenging, but at the same time everybody grows close (you can talk about anything and everything) as everyone operates on similar work out schedules. Definitely recommend her, and her loyal clients would probably agree as well.

It isn't like typical gyms, it feels more like a gym-resort-wellness center. It has high ceiling and ventilation is great. It can get smelly if it's super busy but that's why I go in the morning. I also like how everyone just focuses on themselves and no one is judging or being "weird." It's like everyone working out on their own pace and no judgement. I also had no experiences of going to the gym. It feels daunting initially because there's so many machines and it's overwhelming, which is why I particularly wanted to get a personal trainer and I love mine. Ainura is wonderful, she remembers the body goals im after and she helps me with a workout plan that will help me. You can see photos of my 3 month progress as proof. I've also had to visit out of state gyms due to work and I can safely say... pro club still the best. Love the staffs, environment, aura, and my trainer. LASTLY, I know it's on the higher end compared to other gyms but the amenities make it up. For example, free classes of Pilates, yoga, Zumba, etc. Going to miss Pro club for the next 2 weeks since I'm traveling :(

There used to be 4 full basketball courts, one of which was used for badminton during specific days/times. Then, they converted another full basketball court to pickleball courts. That was acceptable, since there were still 2-3 full basketball courts (each full court actually had 3 hoops, 1 in the middle), depending on the day/time. The worst thing they did when they refinished the floors in April was convert another half of a basketball court to a single pickleball court, effectively removing 2 of 3 usable hoops. Now, on badminton days, everyone who wants to play basketball has to share 1.5 courts. The usual scenario is 10 people playing a full court game, leaving everyone else with just 1 hoop. It gets incredibly crowded and is starting to feel like trying to play basketball at LA Fitness but for a much higher monthly membership cost. And to top it off, I have seen only ONE pickleball court being used (a full basketball court's worth of space being wasted) on the last 2 nights I went to the gym. It's very frustrating because I used to look forward to coming here to shoot around after weightlifting. I wish they had surveyed the members before making such big changes. Added a star because I like that they upgraded the weight room downstairs and added more squat racks. I haven't used the locker room or other amenities much, but I did notice that the locker room cleanliness reduced over the years.

We recently had a very concerning experience after visiting Samena. After using the hot tub, my…read moredaughter developed a rash that was later diagnosed by her doctor as hot tub folliculitis ("hot tub rash"). What initially seemed minor quickly escalated into a much more serious, full-body condition requiring an ER visit and follow-up care with a dermatologist. This has been an incredibly stressful and painful experience for our family, all stemming from what should have been a safe and well-maintained facility. I did contact management to report what happened. While they stated that their cleaning and maintenance procedures are within guidelines, that response was frustrating given the outcome and the severity of my daughter's condition. Proper sanitation of hot tubs is critical, and based on our experience, I would urge others to be cautious. Unfortunately, I can't recommend using the hot tub facilities here.

The park is ADA friendly. The path is dirt and pebbled but can be navigated with a wheelchair. There are bathrooms on site and a small shop. I have never purchased bulbs or plants from here but I know there is a big community around that. The coffee shop in the garden can get busy. But a benefit is we were able to charge my husband's wheelchair there on a visit. While the park is open every day, the coffee shop is not. Definitely this should be a spot for all locals. And not just a one time visit either.

Once the entire family met up, we climbed back into the car and headed to Bellevue. Not sur if it was due to the time. But we were surprised there was a lot of parking available. We spent a good 2-hrs here which included getting lost and finding other street entries into the botanical park from a school and from other busy street corner at the bottom of the park. Nice and shaded, quiet little creeks, plenty of seating for those that were inspired to journal, plenty of elderly people using this time to exercise and stretch. We enjoyed the different areas like the swinging bridge, the Japanese garden and even the little cafe they have there. Fairly priced items and plenty of tables to enjoy a refreshment and snack. By the time we were done, the gift shop was already closed. So I took the opportunity to drop a donation into the box instead.
