I love that in 1 hour, I get an amazing workout of both cardio and strength training. It's so efficient and it's all coach led so I don't have to think about what to do next. I really like how every workout is different (hard to get bored!) and each time I go, what I do for the cardio side compliments what I do in the strength portion of things. I know I've gotten considerably stronger, healthier and happier since I've been going to OTF again regularly. I am not a skinny-minny but I definitely feel much more confident in my body because of my workouts Plus, it's a fun community where I've made friends and found support in my health journey. They always do a free trial so always worth a try! Plus there's Orange Theory studios in most places so when I'm traveling, I've been able to pop into other locations fairly easily and know what's going on during the workouts.

The only feedback I have here is that, compared to the studios I used to visit in Florida, the studios here don't have some toiletries in the shower/washroom(for example, lotion, dry shampoo, etc). Also I have definitely experienced in some studios that the coaches encourage you constantly and they help you with your posture regularly. I don't see this in Washington state studios. I would recommend this studio!!

The class formats are really fun-lots of variety and each week builds on previous classes so you feel like you're learning and getting the hang of things after a week or two. Walking into the studio is also just FUN- so inclusive, fun music and lights, and super supportive instructors. My favorite classes are Bands with Elise and Dance with Chris! I feel like even after 2 weeks of consistency I already feel like my endurance is improving and I was able to advance to a more challenging resistance band in the Bands class. Looking forward to seeing results once I keep up the consistency!

I went to my first class a few weeks ago and this was the first fitness class that I thought about walking out before it ended. Don't get me wrong, the studio is awesome and has a nice vibe - the staff is super friendly as well. But this didn't feel like dancing...it was more like...how would I describe it... choreographed fitness steps for suburban housewives with no rhythm. Ah, there we go. Instructions were super fast and hard to follow, the music didn't match the vibe of the dance.... ie: attempting to dance hip hop style to a Jackson 5 song. (I use the term hip hop style loosely because I *think* that's what they were aiming for.) I'm glad I went though..I'd been wanting to try AKT for a while but learned it was not for me. I think this could be a great place for a specific demographic, though.

They are huge on emails, I mean I got sent 4 different emails about which bike i'm on, the time I need to be there, etc. So be ready to get spammed and reminded! Parking was available and free, i'd recommend parking in the garage! Cycle Bar is located on the top floor. Checking in could've been improved - I wasn't greeted by the front desk until she realized I was new since everyone that walked in just signed in through a side Ipad. However she was kind to show me the cycling shoes. Walking into the place where the lockers were was very welcoming - they celebrated new coming people as well as a people who hit milestones. I loved seeing my name on there, it was so adorable. The cycling class itself was super fun and energetic! Shoutout to the instructor Emily G for making me feel super welcomed and helping me set up. Overall, this class was incredible - I definitely love how lively everyone is in the room. This spot should definitely expand to bigger!

Its a great workout that is not too difficult and you really get your heart rate up and a good sweat going. I enjoyed getting to turn my mind off and focus on the workout.

ok i've been with this gym for a few months now…read more this is the reason i joined this gym. the kids klub is MILES better than any other kids klub ive seen. a full playground and not just a room with a few random toys in it! staff members that actually seem to like children and aren't just unhappily stuck babysitting! amazing. baby comes first, always the gym always smells good and is always well air conditioned. everything is neat and organized. and i really appreciate that they respect women--there's a separate women's area if women want to go there! the only problem is that it's pretty small for how popular it is, so a lot of the times it's packed the staff is hit or miss. some staff members are 100% on point, definitely know what's up and what's not. some staff members will BS you and just make up stuff. i asked a staff member once to give me a guide on the weight machines and what's generally where, and he was just like, "you can read the things... these machines are not good... let me know if you have questions" just seemed like he didn't even know what was what. the personal trainers seem awesome. i've only spoken with karen, michael, and catherine. they all had a different style, and i'm sure there's a good fit for every type of person out there. with all of them, though, i had a sense that they really cared about me and just wanted to help me with my goals, whatever they were i saw another review giving a 1 star for broken washers. so what? yeah it's true the washers break down. then bring your own towel. imo it's a luxury that we even get towels. haven't you ever been to a gym that doesn't supply you with towels? is it so hard to bring your own? come on man i think it's really neat that they offer valet parking, bc sometimes the parking gets so full, but i do feel bad for the employees just toasting out there in the sun :( they deserve popsicles there is a lot of variety in machines, and not just resistance training, but cardio too. there's this one that's like a never ending hamster wheel (not really), and there's one that's like elliptical + stairmaster, and it's so hard and i hate it but i know it's effective. there's also a million weights downstairs and upstairs. there's bigger amenities like a sauna, basketball court, pickleball court, massage chairs (?! amazing), and a pool that's only open to lessons. i wish the pool had designated free swim times :/ i've tried a few classes, and this is what i have to say about them: - Body Balance: this is NOT easy, and it is NOT relaxing!! it is constant "am i doing this right?" and falling over and the instructor moving from one pose to the next like lightning - Body Attack: this is NOT for all levels! this is high level cardio for one hour! this is exhausting and too hard! - Pilates: I LOVE ALL THE PILATES CLASSES AND INSTRUCTORS THEY ARE WOMEN FOR WOMEN THEY MAKE ME FEEL AWESOME I love this gym, and I love how much they love my son. this rating is wild, and i think it's just bc the "high class" people who come here are so entitled. you will run into the women talking loudly on their phones or the women watching kdramas with no headphones, even when the gym provides headphones. crazy. this gym is awesome

They violated the existing…read morecontract terms with 425 Fitness, and they should honor existing customer contracts in an acquisition, I have been a member for more than 5 years. Denied access with my physical card despite I am fully paid and my contract stated that is the way to enter the facility. Very rude front desk people, they forced downloading their app as condition of entry and accepting their liability terms under duress. Increased the prices, layered undisclosed taxes and fees, pull funds in advance, and only a month later you see the added fees of the prior month are higher than the 2.5% stated. My 425 Fitness contract (still the only document I've ever signed) was transparent: month-to-month price including taxes, no cc fees. They raise prices unilaterally sending emails and the quoted price doesn't match the charges. If you click "contact us" they simply ignore your tickets for weeks and when they respond with dismissive and inaccurate statements. I escalated to my cc and they credited the excess charges in my favor, as Bay Club had no signed authorization to pull the larger monthly amounts and went silent when I asked for a copy of it (of course as they don't have such thing). The gym was filthy when they took over, smelly showers, mold, hair in walls, and equipment broken, pool out of order, sauna out of order, hot water tuning cold mid-shower, water fountain broken, etc. Definitely not worth the ever increasing prices and reduced services. Personnel used to be professional and friendly, not anymore. I canceled and now they are still trying to run my credit card after giving cancelation for their breach of contract.

Since their website address leads to a broken link I reached out on facebook messenger. I used one of Facebooks canned responses to ask 'Do you have any promotions?' and the response was 'Never. I find that kind of model disgusting'. Didn't know asking if they have a promos was such a negative question and I asked them to elaborate, but have not gotten a response. Wow, my abs have not been this sore in a while! I had heard about Knotty Yoga through the aerial…read moregrapevine and decided to give it a chance when one of Meetup groups planned a meetup here. I took the intro class that was specially priced at $19. For an hour and a half, it was an incredible deal that I could not pass up...and it was more than worth it! There were about 18+ people in the class and we started with a warm up on the silks. Afterwards, we watched Mason and 2 other instructors demo on the rope, silks, and lyra respectively. We then learned a few things on the silks and did a quick stretch of the upper body. The verdict? The warmup is NOT a beginner warmup. There's lots of balancing of the upper body on the arms or forearms while the legs are held up by the silk apparatus. As the body is balancing, it is moving forwards, backwards, and twisting side to side. For me, the warmup was great and challenging, but I could see it being difficult for a beginner. Vivian was the instructor on the silks. I found her explanations and demonstrations thorough as I had previously learned one of the tricks at another studio but had not understood it fully until Vivian explained it another way. We were learning how to climb the silks and even though there was heavy emphasis on the use of the legs, I didn't hear any guidance about relieving any tightness in the forearms or the hands during the instruction. And in the cool down/stretching, there was no focus on these parts of the body at all. For the cool down, we paired up and all we did was twist the upper body while pulling on each others arms. Time was up but I wished that there would have been more time for more thorough stretching. Now I realize that there were a lot of people in the class and it was an intro class so I am probably calling out personal particulars, but I was really impressed with the overall vibe of the studio. I like their whole hybrid exercise modality idea. The instruction was awesome. The studio is a great space and I am especially looking forward to taking future classes in trapeze and lyra. Lastly, I find the pricing options a great value.
