Be prepared to answer "how many more sets do you have left?" - overstimulating M-Fri 5-8pm. There is a new remodel going on and they seem to be getting way more new clients. This just means it's going to be an awfully packed gym. As of recently, their staff have been better. They greet you and are generally welcoming. Cleanliness is a major issue here. I do not recommend immunocompromised people to be in the women's restroom for too long. There is black mold and not ventilated. I urge everyone to submit a WA state L&I complaint about this. Their workers do the best they can and maintain daily but something has to be done about the mold. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for these workers that have to be in it day to day and don't mask up. Lastly, their gym equipment is not as clean and the only PPE offered are alcohol wipes - half of their time they're out. You get what you pay for. Mold, very good gym equipment, high traffic gym and budget friendly.

Our class consists of five people (the maximum size), and he customizes each workout to accommodate individual body types and prior injuries. Drake is extremely knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics--muscles, fascia, ligaments, and more. To us, he is not just a trainer; he could easily pass for a physical therapist. His deep understanding of different body issues has helped us stay strong and avoid injuries, which is especially important as we remain active into our seventies. As an added bonus, Drake is warm, personable, and genuinely invested in keeping his clients healthy, strong, and injury-free. We highly recommend Drake as a trainer and hope to continue training with him at Good Time Fitness for many years to come. It isn't like typical gyms, it feels more like a gym-resort-wellness center. It has high ceiling and ventilation is great. It can get smelly if it's super busy but that's why I go in the morning. I also like how everyone just focuses on themselves and no one is judging or being "weird." It's like everyone working out on their own pace and no judgement. I also had no experiences of going to the gym. It feels daunting initially because there's so many machines and it's overwhelming, which is why I particularly wanted to get a personal trainer and I love mine. Ainura is wonderful, she remembers the body goals im after and she helps me with a workout plan that will help me. You can see photos of my 3 month progress as proof. I've also had to visit out of state gyms due to work and I can safely say... pro club still the best. Love the staffs, environment, aura, and my trainer. LASTLY, I know it's on the higher end compared to other gyms but the amenities make it up. There used to be 4 full basketball courts, one of which was used for badminton during specific days/times. Then, they converted another full basketball court to pickleball courts. That was acceptable, since there were still 2-3 full basketball courts (each full court actually had 3 hoops, 1 in the middle), depending on the day/time. The worst thing they did when they refinished the floors in April was convert another half of a basketball court to a single pickleball court, effectively removing 2 of 3 usable hoops. Now, on badminton days, everyone who wants to play basketball has to share 1.5 courts. The usual scenario is 10 people playing a full court game, leaving everyone else with just 1 hoop. It gets incredibly crowded and is starting to feel like trying to play basketball at LA Fitness but for a much higher monthly membership cost. And to top it off, I have seen only ONE pickleball court being used (a full basketball court's worth of space being wasted) on the last 2 nights I went to the gym. It's very frustrating because I used to look forward to coming here to shoot around after weightlifting. I wish they had surveyed the members before making such big changes. Added a star because I like that they upgraded the weight room downstairs and added more squat racks. I haven't used the locker room or other amenities much, but I did notice that the locker room cleanliness reduced over the years.

Since their website address leads to a broken link I reached out on facebook messenger. I used one of Facebooks canned responses to ask 'Do you have any promotions?' and the response was 'Never. I find that kind of model disgusting'. Didn't know asking if they have a promos was such a negative question and I asked them to elaborate, but have not gotten a response. I took the intro class that was specially priced at $19. For an hour and a half, it was an incredible deal that I could not pass up...and it was more than worth it! There were about 18+ people in the class and we started with a warm up on the silks. Afterwards, we watched Mason and 2 other instructors demo on the rope, silks, and lyra respectively. We then learned a few things on the silks and did a quick stretch of the upper body. The verdict? The warmup is NOT a beginner warmup. There's lots of balancing of the upper body on the arms or forearms while the legs are held up by the silk apparatus. As the body is balancing, it is moving forwards, backwards, and twisting side to side. For me, the warmup was great and challenging, but I could see it being difficult for a beginner. Vivian was the instructor on the silks. I found her explanations and demonstrations thorough as I had previously learned one of the tricks at another studio but had not understood it fully until Vivian explained it another way. We were learning how to climb the silks and even though there was heavy emphasis on the use of the legs, I didn't hear any guidance about relieving any tightness in the forearms or the hands during the instruction. And in the cool down/stretching, there was no focus on these parts of the body at all. For the cool down, we paired up and all we did was twist the upper body while pulling on each others arms. Time was up but I wished that there would have been more time for more thorough stretching. Now I realize that there were a lot of people in the class and it was an intro class so I am probably calling out personal particulars, but I was really impressed with the overall vibe of the studio. I like their whole hybrid exercise modality idea. The instruction was awesome. The studio is a great space and I am especially looking forward to taking future classes in trapeze and lyra. Lastly, I find the pricing options a great value.
