We have worked with other trainers in the past, but none compare to the level of expertise and care Drake provides. Our class consists of five people (the maximum size), and he customizes each workout to accommodate individual body types and prior injuries. Drake is extremely knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics--muscles, fascia, ligaments, and more. To us, he is not just a trainer; he could easily pass for a physical therapist. His deep understanding of different body issues has helped us stay strong and avoid injuries, which is especially important as we remain active into our seventies. As an added bonus, Drake is warm, personable, and genuinely invested in keeping his clients healthy, strong, and injury-free. We highly recommend Drake as a trainer and hope to continue training with him at Good Time Fitness for many years to come. Good Time Fitness has a great atmosphere, an excellent range of equipment, and a very clean, well-maintained facility. It's a welcoming and motivating place to train, and it complements Drake's training style perfectly.

I'm a functional medicine health coach and nurse, so I really value a thoughtful, intentional approach--and that's what she delivers. She meets you where you're at, challenges you in all the right ways (don't let the super kind smile fool you!), and focuses on building strength that supports what you need in real life--not just burning calories. I especially appreciate her emphasis on controlled, full-range movement--perfect for someone like me whose top goal is to stay strong as I age and avoid injury. If you're looking for purpose in your training, not just checking the box of "working out"--Alina's the one.

I had also decided that I needed to change my lifestyle if I want to have any chance of being healthy and mobile for the next 20-30 years, and finding a personal trainer was at the top of my list. I did not feel confident just going to the gym and trying to figure stuff out on my own. Alina is an awesome trainer. She completely understood where I was coming from, what my goals and fears were and was able to suggest adaptation to exercises and some new equipment that I had never even heard about. She is an educated, knowledgeable and experienced trainer and an awesome person all around. I really appreciated that she was able to explain what we were doing and why, short term and long term. I was impressed by how well she was able to judge my abilities (she was better at it than me!) and how attentive she was during our training. I could relax and exercise without any anxiety. I have to say that it was really impressive how she was able to give me just the right amount and type of encouragement and support I needed. All of these things led me to enjoy my gym time even more. It's been over a year now, and my results are great! I am so much stronger and capable now, with better stamina, and have more self confidence. I am seeing some body recomposition happening and I couldn't be happier. My mental health has improved a lot and now going to the gym is the highlight of my week. I'm pretty sure I gained a friend in Alina, along with all those other things, which is beyond awesome. I was incredibly lucky to have found Alina when I had. I'm very sorry to see her leave this area, but I am confident that she gave me a solid foundation for my fitness journey, and that I will be able to continue to build on it throughout the years. I wish her all the best in the new chapter of her life.

She noted one shoulder was up two inches and not as far back. We warmed up the muscles with light weights for my biceps then went on to my triceps. With a resistance band we increased the blood flow to the muscles further. "Hug the noodle, squeeze it between your scapulae." she said while I was lying on a foam noodle. It is hard to describe the sensation of squeezing a muscle that has not been used in over seven years. I'd done to the third best trauma center in the country, tried three physical therapists, and three personal trainers at a big box gym, I had never been offered this exercise. I will come back and update my review after a few months or years of training here. UPDATE: After thirty sessions I added a star. Britt ha consistently modified each exercise we approach better than any therapist I have worked with. I did the math. LA Fitness offers bulk training that cost MORE than here. I just learned that Britt is going to Alaska soon to train trainers; she is a master trainer which is not a big surprise. Seriously knowledgeable and funny.

ZenRock is aces in all these areas! I first met with Petra who assessed my needs and goals. She placed me with Nova for fitness coaching and referred me to Britt for nutrition coaching. They are both incredible and a perfect match for my needs. I went through an initial fitness and goal setting assessment with Nova and the work began. She is an INCREDIBLE motivator and keeps me working hard in our sessions. Every workout is different and I look forward to our sessions each week. Don't skip the nutrition! This is a major part of overall fitness. Britt is AMAZING! She knows how to keep me going and I've learned so much through this whole process. I would highly recommend both if you are ready to take control of your health and wellness. ZenRock facility is a pretty wonderful place to workout. The atmosphere is great. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained and top notch. I've had an opportunity to watch other clients and trainers work together and can easily recommend ZenRock as a place to start or continue on your health journey.

First off - I highly recommend Michelle and Collab Fitness.. (and I have to a bunch of my friends…read morealready). I signed with Michelle in her early morning session - for 2 main reasons - it was early enough in my day to fit my schedule and it was close by. I wanted to get started on my fitness goals and it seemed like a good way - with 2 classes a week. My expectations were - get to move, build some core strength and get cross trained as I start half marathon training. Michelle's sessions exceeded my expectations! - The sessions were really well organized - she emailed ahead of time what to expect for the week. So, I was mentally prepared going in - She was there and ready to go - and full of positive energy. - She worked with everyone (Who were at different fitness levels) at their level and pushed us to get the best we have. - Sessions were a good mix of HIIT, Pop Pilates, body weight workouts, interval training, boot camp and - She took inputs from the class to see what worked and include them in the class - She is very organized with the workouts planned, music and intervals preset, guidance for new moves and routines ahead of doing them! - She is super encouraging, offers variations based on your needs, works around the class, monitors for posture and pushes you through the session... - I signed up to work with her on my nutrition as well - she had so many suggestions and followed up weekly to ensure I was on track - I now plan my weekly menu - all meals + snacks. she had a lot of great ideas that I could incorporate with my dietary limitations. As to results - I can see my workouts working... my running is getting better, I am eating healthier (most of the time :) ), muscle definition that I had lost, is coming back and I am enjoying working out, I've signed up for session 2. Wishing Michelle and Collab Fitness the very best! :)

Every class is well planned and in tune with the pace of the class as well as every individual. Michelle is constantly offering differentiation in movements to accommodate several fitness levels. One detail I appreciate SO much is how intervals are predictable because she meticulously plans music and uses a timer app. One of my personal pet peeves is the trainer who says thirty seconds but then keeps you going for 60. That never happens with Michelle. The mix of boot camp, circuit training, and Pop Pilates is not only fun, but very effective. I leave every workout feeling stronger and although exhausted, happy with the changes my body is undergoing. Michelle radiates positive energy and through keen observation and with simple suggestion, ensures she's pushing you towards your best fit self, i.e. there is NO TRACE of military bootcamp humiliation or veiled insults in the room. Michelle clearly knows what she is doing and is beyond passionate about fitness and your growth as well as fostering a team mentality, no one is alone at Collab Fitness!

Lifting weights and committing to exercising three days a week has changed my life. I wouldn't have been able to do this without the wonderful staff of trainers at Kutting Edge Fitness. Prior to joining, I had a difficult time carrying bags of gardening soil, relying on my husband to do all the heavy lifting around the house. I was what you called, "skinny fat". My weekly Pilates classes weren't getting the job done. My growing children were proof that if I didn't make a change, I was going to be left behind. Today, I'm strong. Both physically and mentally. I credit my success to Cory, Alex, and Sam. They give me confidence to try new things and push me to do more, safely. (Although Sam is no longer a trainer at the gym, I still hear his positive affirmations.) Hannah recently joined and is a solid addition to the team. Each trainer has their own unique style to help you do your best. However, it's up to YOU to put in the effort. If you're looking to feel your best at whatever age you are I highly recommend Kutting Edge Fitness. Come learn new things. Change will come! Consistency has been key for me--- along with changing my diet, and drinking less. I'm happy to say, it's all been worth it.

It feels like the best of both worlds. You get personal training and are in a gym environment. So here is a little how it works... There are a max of 4 people per 60 min session and everyone has their own marked off space with their own equipment. So no sharing, no close contact, none of that. You get your own specific personal workout that the (masked) trainer gives you in increments at a time, so if you have the attention span of a hummingbird you'll be ok because you only need to remember like 3 things at once. Everything is sanitized and they have a 30 min gap between sessions, so once again...minimal contact, maximum safeness. I am super impressed with the workouts, the new Redmond facility and the way they track and challenge me every time. They have a few different plans to choose from depending how often you want to attend. They also have group zoom sessions which are great to do from home. It's definitely not the cheapest workout option, but you get way you pay for and considering it is essentially personal training it's a pretty good deal. They also work really well with injuries and limitations, so that's refreshing. I would definitely recommend to pretty much anyone wanting to workout as they cater to all ages/shapes/fitness goals/experience so it's not a one size fits all approach. They are also into the whole golf TPI thing, so if you golf that can be helpful.
