I didn't walk around or touched anything, just lay down on a bench to cool down a bit. The studio Manager (who is also a yoga teacher was in the hallway at that time) approached me and began expressing concern for my health and suggesting that I take some easier classes. Which is wonderful and understandable, thank you very much! Then she said the following: "Another reason not to leave the room during class is that people might feel uncomfortable with you being around their belongings. I'm not saying that you would steal anything, but they might be concerned because they don't know you." Just like that, almost word for word - I have an excellent memory. When I eventually spoke my mind on this topic (in email), the Manager sent me a long email full of explanations. She was clearly standing by her words, even repeating them, justifying them by saying that stealing has happened in the studio before. In the same email, she informed me that my studio pass is being terminated and I'm not to return to the studio. Let me tell you about myself. I'm an immigrant speaking with an accent and a white-passing person of color; I work in Higher Education. I've told this story to many of my colleagues and friends. Everyone is in disbelief and asking me - did it happen here, in our state!?! Yep... If the management of this studio believes that I was not treated in any irregular or unusual way, and if they stand by their comments, they should turn their words to me into a studio policy for everyone to consider, not only me! It could go something like this: "Coming outside the room into a hallway during class is discouraged. One of many reasons, people might be uncomfortable with you, our lovely and valued customer, being left unattended around their belongings. Unless they know you, of course! BTW, we are not saying that you would steal anything, no-no! Don't get us wrong! We're only expressing what others might think of you!" :-)

I had to stand and wait awhile for someone to come out to greet me, not a big deal, but finally an old lady came out and asked me "can I help you?" "Yes I am new here" I told her, but there was no warm welcome she just asked what my name was and signed me in and that was it for her, she did not want to talk to me or show me around. I had to ask her was there showers here and she looked at me and said with a straight face "Are you trying to take one now?" Than looking at me like I was crazy asking her that! I said "No I just wanted to know if you had showers here." She then said "yes" and did not show me around the place or make me feel comfortable at all being there! I told her I had health issues that is why I am here and she said "Dont we all have them!" and walked away from me to go in the Hot Yoga Room. I then found my way around the place on my own and put my things away to go to the classroom. Once in the classroom, the mold smell was stronger in there! When I put the yoga mat down in place, two spots behind the old lady who came out to greet me, she then moved her yoga mat all the way across the other side of the room, how rude she was to me from the start. Mind you she was settled in her spot when I got in the room! Then when class was over she made darn sure she was the first one in the shower, I believe she is one of the owners there as well. As you can guess I will not be coming back and my neighbor who was going to go and signed up for one class and paid for never went there because of what I told her happen there! You could not pay me to go back there even if they got the mold under control. I dont think anyone is cleaning the air vents at all. They meaning (the old man and old lady) owners of the place gave me the feeling they did not want me there! A student in the classroom came out after the class and tried to give me some pointers, not the owners there, neither one of the owners made me feel welcome to be there. Yes I said it several times "NO WARM WELCOME!" Customer service is everything, but they dont care they want only people they want in their class was my feeling about the place! The mold smell alone would have made me not come back even if had they been nice to begin with! I smiled when she finally came out of the hot yoga room to see about me after I walked into the place. I was nothing but nice to the owners. Dont go there go somewhere else. When you are done with a Yoga class you should feel good coming out, clearly this is not the case here!

I have called multiple times and sent several emails with zero response. No one picks up the phone, no one replies, and my messages are completely ignored. To make matters worse, their website offers no way to remove your payment information, leaving you with no self-service option to stop the charges yourself. If you are considering joining this studio, think very carefully before entering your credit card information. Cancelling your membership does not appear to stop them from charging you -- and getting any response from management seems nearly impossible.

I booked the class through ClassPass, and the preparation instructions were clear that the class start timing is strict, so be prepared to find parking and give time to put belongings away and secure a spot in the studio!

This one was my first one and it was unique. Danica created a beautiful atmosphere through the bowl sounds. I would definitely recommend her for private events. The Guide: Julia * Be Flow We began seated. Gentle head rolls. Easy movement. Nothing hurried. Julia gradually brought us into a low-to-the-ground flow: Cheetah. One-Legged Upward-Facing Dog. Wild Thing. The room was cozy warm rather than hot. And after a weekend filled with movement, cozy warm felt exactly right. The practice gradually opened. Julia offered options for Bird of Paradise. Then Flying Pigeon. Challenges offered. Choices given. And then, somehow... class was over. Too soon. So I walked back to the front desk. "I'd love to stay for Be Still." But... The ClassPass window had already closed. Cat barely hesitated. They were offering a complimentary class. She had me. Just like that... I was back in. The Return: Be Still Back into the warm room.
