Note, I've been using this via ClassPass and they're moving off the platform, so you'll need to buy classes or a membership directly and they are not transferable across other locations since Pure Barre a private franchise model.

Between the two sessions on my legs I lost "1 around on each leg and my pant legs were infact loose around the thigh and looked smoother. The last two have been belly. I have been told that belly responds the highest but I have not seen a huge improvement. Albeit it's only been two sessions and my belly was troublesome however I am not that much over weight. Only about a total of 25lbs. I did see a difference in my stomach but it was very minimal. My last hour long session will be 1/2 belly 1/2 back of legs. As far as the procedure itself it does not hurt. Doesn't even feel that warm to me however it is weird because you can hear the high frequency sounds inside your head. It's weird the first session but you'll get used to it. For the discounted price I paid with the groupons I feel it is worth it. I would not pay full price for this service. The first two weeks while your liver is processing this change you may notice you feel ill, tired, worn etc. the first two weeks were not super pleasant. The toxins being released from the fat dissipating just float around till passed. Always make sure to do cardio immediately after to ensure the fat loss. I also have been doing a liver cleanse during these sessions and while I'm not sure it's helping my results it will help your liver since its going to be bombarded.
