(This is not reflective of the stretchologist - she was great - the service just isn't worth what I'm payong for it. I realized that I can get the same service at Massage Envy for a LOT less money). I waited 3 months, as the contract states, and cancelled as soon as my 3rd month was charged. I paid for the 3rd month and scheduled my appointments for the 3rd month. They did not confirm, so when I went in for my next appointment, I asked if they got my email, and they had. I asked them to please send a confirmation, so the girl at the front figured out how to do that and sent it while I was there. I went in today for my next appointment, and they had, according to the guy at the front, "done you a favor and cancelled everything so you didn't have to pay another month." I followed their guidelines and cancelled so I didn't have to pay a 4th month. I had already paid for the current month. When I explained that they cancelled the appointments I'd already paid for, he gave me a condescending smile (those of us from the south know that FU smile) and told me he could get me in later today. I have a job and manage other people. I can't just take off willy nilly and reschedule. (BTW this is not the only time they have cancelled my appointments and tried to reschedule and blamed the ap although now I'm questioning that). There were people coming in behind me, so I just decided to leave and give this review and suck up the $300 they just stole from me. So, if you are unemployed and have money to waste, then by all means, spend it here.

I took the plunge and started coming to the Frisco location and have worked with Elisa, and I wish I started sooner, It's crazy how much a difference it makes when someone else (who knows exactly what they're doing) stretches you. I have less pain, I sleep better, and I'm incredibly motivated to move more because I feel so good. Elisa is wonderful! Easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and really knows how to target my trouble spots. Her method is educational and easy to digest, in addition to the fact that she listens to my complaints and even helps with working the 'support' muscles, and in the short time I've worked with her 1:1 it's been such a great time. Highly highly recommend!

Everything is out in the open so if you're a little modest or don't want others seeing you stretch, it might not be for you. I'm a bit of an introvert but I wasn't bothered by this, and actually find myself partaking in conversation with other people there getting their stretches in. The staff are absolutely lovely. Fun, kind, friendly, knowledgeable. Nothing but great things to say about them. I don't know much about the pricing, and adding a new monthly charge to my card isn't currently in my budget, so I can't speak to pricing or plans. However, I have experienced some issues when trying to communicate with the management. There have been times when I've called with a concern and spoken to a manager who promised to call back but never did. They've also recently changed the layout to accommodate for the different types of workouts. I've been a member of the YMCA, 24 hour fitness and Planet Fitness and this location offers ample floor space for ppl to simply stretch and/or do core workouts in lieu of having to navigate around equipment and/or infringing on a class like at the Y. I value things like that. They also offer different variations of leg, core, upper body strength training equipment so you don't have to constantly wait for machines like I've found at other locations. Now this may happen from time to time during peak hours but Ive found that the mornings it is a good crowd but not overwhelming. Women's locker area and bathrooms are clean. I wish they had saunas but there's not much more I would change, especially at this great price point! I did take off a point because outside of the app and/or occasional notes on the door, there's been times the gym has closed for emergencies which is an inconvenience when I'm not notified. Wish there was something they could send through the app??? In any case, I like PF and would recommend them.

It's got a…read morerelaxed zen-like atmosphere, intimate class size, nice group of people from different ages / fitness levels -- and there's something for everyone. I first started out with the restorative yoga, which as Melissa C mentions is much slower paced (and I guess that's the point; so as to restore you). It was helpful in the sense that it got me out of my head for an hour, and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Then I decided maybe the power yoga would give me more of a cardio workout, and it did! I was famished half way through, I think it's more for intermediate level. Right now I'm really enjoying the Beginner 1 classes. It goes through a good foundation of poses, and Jessica does well to balance more challenging variations with easier modifications, so you get to listen to your body and follow according to your individual needs. The forehead massage at the end with essential oils is a nice touch, haven't seen this at any other place. Overall if you're looking for a studio in Rockwall, I suggest going through some of the different classes offered here with various teachers, to find one that feels right for you. Right now, I'm so glad I found this place!

The only thing I wish is there was decor on the walls or windows in the studio so I could focus on something during practice. Other than that, I like the intimate size, changing rooms, clean bathrooms, ample waiting area, etc. I've only attended Beginner classes taught by Jessica, one of the owners. She's even keeled and knowledgable - the real deal. I like how her classes are never the same from day to day: Different parts of my body get worked on from class to class. (I've been to classes before where the teacher seemed to favor certain postures.) She's great at giving modifications if my body isn't willing to go "there" and tips for making a posture or stretch more challenging. I've come away sore from her class once (heavy on the abs). I usually leave feeling stretched out and relaxed. I suppose I'd like for mid-class to lead up to some sort of flow, more Sun Salutations perhaps - just for a few minutes - to get my heart going a bit more. Maybe there's another class I need to try for that. My favorite thing is the Savasana at the end. The studio I was a part of before practiced this for a good amount of time at the end of every practice, and I haven't been to one since that consistently did it for a good amount of time. Jessica does here and even gives a quick, relaxing forehead massage using essential oils. Yay for the human touch! I do miss the yoga-nidra practice from my last place, but I can do that myself now. Overall, I'm just happy to have found a real studio - not a random class at the Y, not that crazy hot yoga doesn't embody all that yoga is suppose to be, but true mind/body/spirit place.
