He set me up for the 530 pm class the next day but my schedule changed and I was able to go earlier. I changed my reservation online. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick and he even remembered that he originally scheduled me for 530. Love that attention to the details. The class was faster paced and kept moving which I appreciate. I would say that you should have the fundamental understanding to drop into any box, but definitely needed when the box keeps things moving quickly or you will get lost easily. I would definitely return on my next trip to Addison. The location was pretty convenient to my hotel and it was spacious. All in all it was a welcoming environment and I left being thankful that I could squeeze in some fitness on my business trip.

The studio is beautiful with cubbies in the back for your belongings. They even have phone chargers by the cubbies for your use. So convenient! Lots of great merchandise at the front of the studio, but quite expensive. I've taken both of my classes with Bailey and she is fantastic! You can tell that she has a passion for teaching; her high energy kept me motivated throughout class. She really focused on technique and corrected people when needed. All of it was just uncomfortable for me. The room for me is too small. I'm 5 feet 11 and some of the workouts I cannot even do because no matter what angle I turned, I would be hitting somebody else. I did not feel that the instructor was beginner, friendly or engaging enough at all. I also had a hard time hearing the instructor on top of her telling us to do moves but not showing all of them..There's a lot of beginners in this class and majority of the room looked absolutely lost and confused and I just don't feel like she was interacting with people well enough or showing the workouts to where we can clearly understand and see. Half of the time I was really lost. Overall disappointed. When I left my first Pilates class I felt so comfortable, I felt seen and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Everyone has different preferences, but this was just not it. I also felt like staff wasn't engaging enough for me either. Low energy. Overall not a good experience.

Update: my sauna access all of a sudden discontinued and now I'm being forced to upgrade...no big…read moredeal but the principle that I've been able to use it for 4 months until now is disappointing. Their website states that "will crush" includes sauna and the "will do" access has LIMITED sauna access...yet staff says I need to upgrade to "will power" to have access to the sauna. (Photo attached) Again not a huge deal but I only come to this gym for the sauna because they're consistently packed and it's hard to have a peaceful workout so I go to PF for my workouts. My only reason for a membership here is the sauna.

This gym is primarily women as most classes offered revolve around music. The classes are well choreographed and the instructors are fantastic people. It is kept very clean and has a cool waiting room. They have one bathroom so not a full changing area, but some people do change when they arrive.

I brought my son to this location (we have a family membership) and he was not allowed on the basketball courts because he is 8 years old. I contacted to General Manager Tricia and she remedied this right away. He is allowed as long as I accompanied him. Overall, this is a nice club. It has plenty of weights, machines, pool, and basketball courts. Some of the reviews have been subpar because it is not as fancy as other Lifetime Gyms. But this gym is less packed and has more weight and machine equipment than some of the fancier counterparts. I often drive further to this location.

The room stays between 90-95 degrees, and the instructor walks you through an hour of practice. I went to the 6am class, and it is a little intense for those that haven't practiced in a while. The room does get hot, and if your body isn't used to it, you will get dizzy, drink a ton of water!!!! It is a class for all levels though, so don't be intimidated by the girl that can twist her legs and do handstands at random, or the grunter that grunts every 5 seconds. The gym itself is pretty small, but it has all the equipment you need. Their bathrooms have lockers and showers as well. They offer towels as well and other items in the restrooms if you forget to bring your towel! It's pretty well maintained.
