The little blonde haired manager was only concerned that Peyton make him sign the contract. He went outside and died! ORANGE THEORY FITNESS MAIN CONCERN WAS US SIGNING A CONTRACT. I went back and told them in a very upset way that he had indeed died! THEY PUT THEIR HANDS UP AND CLOSED THE DOOR ON ME. The world lost a selfless beautiful soul Sunday March 20, 2022 and ORANGE THEORY FITNESS COULD CARE LESS! Be careful using this gym.. Nov reasonable care provided if you are showing signs of distress. NONE... I had to ask an instructor to show him some stretches to see if it would help... Apparently, it's been around for 30 years, but I just discovered it when a yoga meetup/nonprofit listed their classes online. I first went to try their Adaptive Yoga class, which is on Mondays. As I left, Anita handed me a pass to try a class for free when she noticed me looking at the schedule. When I mentioned that my Mom would probably like it there, she even handed me one for my Mom! I've since been back a couple times to try their twice monthly Yoga for the Core class on Fridays. That one is my favorite. They have group and small group fitness classes every day of the week so the hours vary based upon what's offered from 6am to 7pm. I'm looking forward to trying more, but in the meantime, I intend to keep returning for those yoga classes. My only complaint is that I wish they weren't directly across from Cookout!

My trainer is Ciaran , who has been an incredible teacher. After the first day, I felt more comfortable about coming to train. Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! I've been sharing the experience with others I interact with as well...encouraging everyone, no matter what your current body shape is...there's hope here! No intimidation what so ever! This is due to the fact that most of the workouts require you to do burpees, and other exercises that require you to touch the floor, and the carpet looks as if it is never disinfected and cleaned. Also, there are too many customers working out in each class which made me not feel safe during these post pandemic times.

The instructors include modifications for higher or lower intensity and are helpful with personal questions. I was assigned to a trainer and I was very clear of my limitations due to a knee replacement. The personal training and its exercises, exacerbated my condition and I begin go experience lots of knee pain. My physician indicated I should pause the training. I spoke with the trainer, and emailed Linda, the facility manager requesting, either another trainer more suited to my needs, or a refund. The trainer got back to me and said there was nothing they could do. When I canceled my membership, Linda, eventually got back to me months later, said she would look into and call my back. Again, I heard nothing from her. Instead, she delegated to someone else who did not resolve my issue. It was more important for them to hold onto a mere $53, rather than try a retain a customer. Customer service is just as important and the product so I would not recommend this gym or its personal training.
