Apparently, it's been around for 30 years, but I just discovered it when a yoga meetup/nonprofit listed their classes online. I first went to try their Adaptive Yoga class, which is on Mondays. As I left, Anita handed me a pass to try a class for free when she noticed me looking at the schedule. When I mentioned that my Mom would probably like it there, she even handed me one for my Mom! I've since been back a couple times to try their twice monthly Yoga for the Core class on Fridays. That one is my favorite. They have group and small group fitness classes every day of the week so the hours vary based upon what's offered from 6am to 7pm. I'm looking forward to trying more, but in the meantime, I intend to keep returning for those yoga classes. My only complaint is that I wish they weren't directly across from Cookout!

My trainer is Ciaran , who has been an incredible teacher. After the first day, I felt more comfortable about coming to train. Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! I've been sharing the experience with others I interact with as well...encouraging everyone, no matter what your current body shape is...there's hope here! No intimidation what so ever! Inspirational quotes are on the walls throughout the businesses. There are also bathrooms and storage areas for your items. The gym sells products such as protein powder and workout gear. I first learned about Burn boot camp from a Yelp event I attended. I really enjoyed the workout but I did not return until BBC offered a 6 week "Commit to Fit" special that I participated in. During the six weeks I obtained awesome results losing inches, lowering my weight & body fat percentage. Recently I joined the gym knowing that I will continue to get great results. The trainers like Sarah, Sam & Lindsay are amazing. They are so motivational & encouraging. The trainers make a point to know your name & keep you on track. Modifications are also offered during the 45 minute workout. I love that the workouts are never the same. Each week a protocol is released to inform you about what the workout will focus on each day. The gym also offers focus meetings to discuss your goals, work on any issues such as your diet and determine your progress. BBC also offers childcare for individuals that have children. The gym has fun events like date nights and Christmas parties. They even donate to good causes throughout the year. With a membership you are able to go to other Burn Boot camps in the area. I don't like working out but this gym keeps me motivated & wanting to work out frequently. Check them out with a free two week trial!

This is due to the fact that most of the workouts require you to do burpees, and other exercises that require you to touch the floor, and the carpet looks as if it is never disinfected and cleaned. We also got to meet Anna at the front desk. She is very personable, energetic, and helpful. This gym has a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, multiple pieces of workout equipment, women only workout area, and several group fitness classes such as aqua fitness, cycling, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and dance classes. They also provide personal training for an additional cost. We have been enjoying taking a variety of the group fitness classes and using some of the other equipment and resources that are offered. Many of the instructors and trainers that we have met are friendly and helpful. Members are able to register for the classes through their app. There is a parking structure located near the gym and locker rooms with lockers.
