I have progressed to the Foundations 2 class. Doing Resets and using my own weight along with kettle bells and ropes, I am seeing results. At no other time in my life has a formal workout routine worked for me. The class sessions keep me honest about attending each week. This class has many positives as opposed to what my past experiences have been. The space is clean and the people are good here. I felt I belonged. They push you to your limits but are extremely encouraging and helpful. The trampoline classes are a great workout (you will sweat the entire 45 minutes) and also so fun. Coach Shaw has gone above and beyond from the very beginning.
