Stumbled across this place after a google search for a workout place that would hold me accountable…read moreand have some form of childcare (new mom here). Finally decided to check it out. The place is located in an open air plaza right off the road, and took me a second of driving to find it. First impression of the facility - great open space, nice equipment, and a great upbeat owner that greeted me at the door: Erin Studdard. She was so motivational throughout the whole workout and remembered everyone's name. The workout itself: WHEW! It had me close to passing out for my first time. Erin does an amazing job of tailoring and modifying to your level/injuries, which is important. She also implies a full lifestyle approach, focusing on nutrition/diet and a balanced intake aside from the high intensity workout. I wasn't bored for a single minute. The thing that gets this place five stars is that they have childcare in the facility. The person watching the kids is super nice and seems to handle kids very well. Also, all the ladies that I met were super friendly and welcoming to newcomers! I look forward to going back for more! Definitely give this place a try!

I think they start at around $45 if I remember correctly. They are located in Nashville. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town. I usually have to drive to Rocky Mount if I want a smoothie :( - not anymore!!!

Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! The 1:1 focus meetings help you stay on track or give you feedback on any issues you might be having. There are always modifications for exercises both up and down. You'll never feel embarrassed for asking for a mod if you have an injury or just can't do one of the moves. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and supportive here. It's the kind of gym you want to go to.
