This is possibly one of the most unprofessional dealerships I have ever been to. Our first visit happened in late May. We test drove a jeep we loved that was a trim package we had been looking for a while. Our salesman was fine enough. We had came in with pre approval and they pushed their financing this was not surprising but when we couldn't agree price and trade in value you we parted way. A month later we noticed the price had been reduced almost $2k so I reached out again to inquire about a deal. I again told them we had financing we just needed to negotiate trade in. We set a time 3 days later to meet. Upon arrival we noted the jeep was still parked in the back lot, Fine enough. We went inside and began looking at numbers. We told them a signed bill of sale would need to be send to our credit union and they would ship the check overnight after sending an image with the tracking information. They pushed back stating that would not do and we would need to present a check in person. This is literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard. They attempted to persuade us to go through their finance process for 2.5 hours until we were feed up and demanded our keys back so we could leave. I had to step away to calm down and called our credit union to inform them of the situation. This is when our lovely loan officer informed us he had just hung up with their finance manager who suggested the emailed image and shipping info. To say I was mad is an understatement. I came in to a warm " we are getting the car ready!" Why was it not ready! You had 3 days to detail this car!! Then "our well we realized it didn't have gas" finally after 3.5 hours we were driving home! Half way home we noticed a chip in the windshield; our fault. We also noticed an odd smell and upon investigation the spare tire well was full of crap! Including spilled/pooled antifreeze. Side note this entire time I was expressing to the salesman (Josiah) how irritating a previous salesman had been for refusing to validate my opinions because I am a woman. I did all the outreach, the shopping, the loan applications this is my car sale by husband just drives it. Then today, he receives an email from a separate salesman encouraging ANOTHER SALE!! TL;DR - Buyer beware. Don't trust the sales advisors. I have an independent mechanic look over the car prior to purchasing. My wife and I were in the market for a convertible and Fisher Imports had the one we wanted. It was even marked down since it had been on the lot for 5 months. When I asked the sales advisor (SA) why it's been on the market so long, he stated no one buys convertibles in January - April. (It's May and the weather is finally warming up.) Reasonable answer. So, we took for a test drive, and the car immediately started shaking at 40 mph. When we returned, the SA tested drove the car and stated the issue was tire related. He said the tires are all within their guidelines and do not need replacing. I've been driving cars for over 40 years. This shaking was not tire related so I scheduled an appointment with wheel and tire shop the following week. When I picked up the car, the SA said their service manager had all of the wheels balanced and the shaking was gone. It was more apparent than ever now! When the wheel and tire shop put the car up on the lift, they spun the right front wheel by hand they could visibly see the wheel was "badly bent". They could not tell if was repairable or not. They also noted two tires were new and two were old in need of replacing. They stated since this was an all wheel drive car, you must replace all four tires at the same time or risk drivetrain damage. He expressed that being a bigger concern due to the more costly repair. When I returned and spoke with the SA about their findings, he said he would talk to the service manager to see what they could do. I never heard from him again. read more

Never have I been told not to step on a luxury sports car at any dealership I've been to in the last ten years of buying European cars nor had the sales advisor be dismissive about my questions with tone that is attitude filled. I'd understand if it was a 100k+ car because that should be for the person buying it but a 30k car who cares and to give me the response that it's high mileage and it doesn't take much to break it means I guess I'll figure out if it breaks on my own money! Very concerning experience with Fisher Imports Service on 96th. Our 2020 Range Rover Velar was brought in on 2/20/26 for a routine oil change. The vehicle was brought in solely for an oil change and routine service. Prior to that visit, the vehicle had no overheating issues, no coolant warning lights, no burning odor, no visible coolant leaks, and no coolant on our garage floor. It was driven daily without issue and had recently completed a 10-hour round trip approximately six weeks earlier. My wife drove the vehicle about 4.5 miles to the dealership with no issues at all. During their inspection they noted that the water pump and tri pipe were leaking coolant, yet the vehicle was released and we were told it was safe to drive. Immediately after leaving the dealership there was a burning smell from the engine. The vehicle could not even make it back from the dealership to the house ,4.5 miles without smoking, and by the next morning smoke was billowing from the front grille. The situation has continued to worsen. The car now cannot be driven more than about 10 miles without smoke pouring out of the front grille and it is actively leaking coolant onto our garage floor something it never did before entering their service department. My questions are: 1. If the water pump and tri pipe were leaking coolant to the extent that the vehicle began smoking and losing coolant immediately afterward, why was the vehicle released as safe to drive? 2. The vehicle was driven 4.5 miles to the dealership without issue and had no smoke, coolant loss, or overheating prior to service. What changed during or after the service that caused the vehicle to immediately develop smoke and a severe coolant leak? 3. Was a coolant pressure test performed during the inspection, and if so, what were the results? We are still waiting for a clear explanation and resolution, we emailed the service manager and the owners with no reply so far! read more

Sales person, Jason, was extremely rude when I looked inside a car, then shut the door. While I wasn't even talking to him, he yells over to me, "hey, you probably wanna leave that alone", then proceeded to argue with me. He claimed I slammed the door. The sales rep we were actually working with did the same thing later, and he said something similar to her. Too bad! If you purchase from there, stay away from Jason. Came here looking to trade in my 2023 Telluride SXP XL ($50k+/- car) and buy a sportier used SUV for around $85K like a AMG or Cayenne Turbo. Chad said he had nothing available and to check the website and literally walked away from me without saying goodbye or shaking my hand. He was walking away and turning his back to me while telling me to use the website. Initially, a woman, who seemed in charge, told him a customer was waiting and I heard a sigh. I felt insulted, and more-so shocked. I said, "I'm a hands on guy and want to look at options in person." Zero customer service or care to show me options. Their lot is full of potential cars but they want the customer to come begging at their feet so they have more negotiating power and less leg work. This COVID car market is no more. I hope consumers realize how entitled car salesmen/dealerships had become and make sure to change the tide moving forward. Also, people need to stop buying extended warranties; giving money to some Cayman Island tax-haven business, which has like an average payout of 6% of the extended warranty cost. read more

Wonderful experience! My salesman MJ was so nice and helpful. My husband and I bought a car from him and a few weeks later we decided that we needed something larger. I visited on a late Friday afternoon accompanied by my 13 yo son. There were no other customers. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. I explained we were just stopping in on our way to another destination so my son could see some supercars up close. His passion is high-end cars and racing. He truly knows more about cars than most adults I know. I had some errands to run for work and wanted to include him on this day. He was very excited to see a McLaren up close. We spent about 5 minutes looking at the cars before going downstairs and observed two other employees at their desks, one helping his daughter with her homework which I thought was endearing. I appreciated a company allowing that kind of flexibility and that he was obviously a good father. Neither gentleman acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. I was there to scope out the inventory for a client. I didn't mention it because privacy is important and I don't want to field questions. My job often is to collect information, not share it. We were there less than 15 minutes and before leaving, I asked the first person if he could unlock the door of the McLaren so my son could look inside. The windows are very tinted and he would never touch a vehicle. "I'm too busy for that" he responded. I asked him the price and he looked that up and repeated it back to me. It was Friday at 4pm. I thanked him and we left. He not only missed the chance to impact a young man who presumably shares his passion but what would've taken less than 2 minutes of his time, disappointed a young teenager, and lost a potential sale. $265850.00 I recommend Bentley Indianapolis up the road. I had to get my Range Rover serviced and was highly impressed with the service I received. Yashar was very polite and informative via email. I liked how clean the waiting area was. As I waited several staff members came and spoke to say hello. A Lamborghini was being serviced prior to mine so I knew I was in good hands. After the work was done, Yashar came out and explained in depth what I can expect with my vehicle at the high mileage point I had. Along with what to watch out for.
