Small Bowl
Kristine Nguyen

First of all staff was super friendly! I got a small bowl and I feel like for the price it's pretty good! The toppings are also yummy like the crunchy wontons and they have like a mayo garlic sauce that really sets them apart from other poke places. The fish is super big and fresh and I'm insanely shocked about how good my bowl is. I look forward to coming back!

Excuse meee?! Hot cheeto sushi burrito . Absolutely love this idea! I been here like 3xs and its great. The fact we can customize our own sushi burrito like poke is amazing. I got their special limited taki blue heat masubi. The size of the burritos are full filling. They offer fries, boba, hot dogs, quesadillas, and etc. I order online and its always ready on time. Its also clean inside and they have a tv while you wait.

Fish Me Poke has some of my favorite sushirittos. They definitely pile on the fish and are not stingy with it at all. I've been on the hunt for a hot cheeto sushi burrito and this place does it right. They coat the outer layer of the rice burrito with crushed up hot cheetos. Don't knock it until you try it. You get to customize your own toppings, sauces, fish, and vegetables. I have shrimp tempura and spicy tuna in mine. I also added corn and cucumber. Service is quick and portions are big. This is definitely worth it. If you are ever in the area, check this place out!

Crusty Crab Burrito

Every time I come to this plaza it's for Soyful, but I was craving a type of "sushirito" & figured I should check this place out since it was a walk away. They serve both poke & burritos. When I walked in during the afternoon, it was pretty empty. They had limited seating against the walls. I ordered a Katsu Rito & Krusty Krab. Katsu Rito: (3/5) fried chicken, crab mayo, cucumber, red cabbage, rice & nori. Most places skimp out on meat but they actually put a lot. Since there is chicken, I would say this one was more dry & could've used more sauce. Or maybe add sauce on the side. The size was pretty big. I was expecting it to be a super small role. Krusty Krab: (4/5) crab, cabbage, mayo, cucumber, unagi sauce & masago eggs. The Krusty Krab had a lot more flavor due to the crab. I'd probably get this one again. Since I love saucy things, I'd probably ask for some to go as well so you can dip it. Service: there was some people in front of me, so I waited a short bit but nothing too crazy. Glad to have stumbled across this place and now I have somewhere to grab lunch when I grab soyful.

I love this place and always get. For the first time order doordash and was disappointed. This is barely a scope of salmon. At most pieces, they really gotta improve because this is sad. I was disappointed coming home and seeing this being delivered after a hot day of work. Please solve this issue!

Been here twice and after sushiritto closed. This is a good alternative, especially if you don't like seafood, but still want the "sushi burrito" experience with katsu chicken instead. The workers there are super nice, energetic, and always ready to help out when you have substitutions or questions. They got a good variety of sauces such as spicy mayo. Also have an option to coat your burrito in crushed up hot cheetos (see picture). Pretty solid but gets soggy the next day. They're good burritos, but a little too expensive for the quality of ingredients, which is the only thing I wish would improve.

Hot Night Burrito

I would say this is a pretty good substitute for Sushiritto - in fact, I might even like it more. The wait time wasn't bad at all, the service was great, and the quality of the food was good! I ordered the Hot Nights Burrito. This sushi burrito has a bunch of hot Cheeto dust on the outside, which I felt was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the flavor of this menu item. The only thing I might suggest is adding more of a sauce on the inside. While this tasted really good, I did feel it was dry or harder to eat in some parts. Soy sauce definitely helped, but it would be nice to have something like a spicy mayo on the inside to balance things out. However, I still really liked the idea of this sushi burrito. This order satisfied my cravings for sure, so I'm glad I ended up coming here. I overall had a great experience and would recommend this place.

Poke Build Your Own Regular Bowl

I've been to Fish Me Poke a few times and have never quite got hooked. I think it's a bit expensive for what you actually get. During my most recent visit, I ordered the Build Your Own Regular Bowl which comes with three scoops of your choice in poke. The scoops are super tiny and regardless of how much sauce I asked the associate to add (I opted for Shoyu) -- it didn't hit the mark for flavor and excitement. The toppings are limited and the crab salad lacks flavor. Don't get me wrong. I'm a poke fanatic and appreciate the South Bay stepping up to offering poke options but the bar is set high so we need better quality.

I love my poke bowls. It is super delicious and fresh fish. I always get salmon. The workers are nice and give me the right amount of mix for my salmon. Everything is the right amount. The place is quiet and nice. They play lo-fi music which personally my favorite station to listen too.

We came around 8pm for dinner and the first thing that caught my eye was gray, raw ahi. It's worrisome seeing that because to me it feels like it's been sitting out for almost too long. I was shocked at the scoops of poke the worker put into the bowl. Each scoop had 3-4 cubes of fish and 1 scoop of shrimp means the worker had to count 8 shrimps by hand to put into the bowl. I don't fault the worker because he looked young and is probably doing what management is instructing, but seeing the store blatantly skimp in such a manner made us want to walk out and go elsewhere tbh. The 6 cubes of tuna I had were good but we ate our bowls and still were dissatisfied. The worker did not put much effort into mixing the protein with the sauce so most of the protein was dry while the sauce seeped into the rice.

I have a medical issue with one of my ears and have struggles to hear. When I asked her to repeat herself politely, she mocked the way I spoke and repeated what she said while yelling, that the whole store could hear her (sadly, not an exaggeration). There's no reason to make a customer feel embarrassed for simply asking someone to repeat themselves especially as someone who has a medical issue. From the looks of it, it seems that other customers also had similar negative experience with the same lady. If your life is miserable, there's no need to make everyone else feel the same way. A little kindness goes a long way! I genuinely hope her days get better. The younger lady working with her was very sweet though! Despite my not-so-good hearing, she was nicely able to repeat herself.
