I felt like that was cross contamination at its best and she should use gloves and a spoon to refill that sauce. That alone will prevent me from going back. I will just go to chipotle if I want a bowl or burrito next time. They do get a lot of business though, Mostly to go orders and I hope they are careful with preparing their food when noone is looking next time.

A metal mixing bowl is used, and I was sure that there was no way the ingredients that I chose would all fit into the finishing bowl...but the attendant knew better: it all did. We brought it home, and it tasted really good, though I wish I had gotten less ingredients. Next time, I'll ask for the preparer's advice and follow it...knowing that the fresh, good ingredients would make it delicious.
