You order your food on a kiosk then go get a drink and then wait in line to pay. After you pay they hand you a plastic bag to put your food in. They won't put your food in the bag, you have to do that. The place is loud with the people behind the food counter constants yelling, (screaming) order numbers. All that and the cost was almost $13 and the chicken was drenched in grease. I don't think I'll be going back.

After finishing we were presented with a small takeout of grits which made the entire evening- they were outstanding. They recognized that they should have been ready and made up for it at the end.
