This First Watch is huge and has an outdoor patio and an entire bar. I'm not sure if it was a full-bar, but you could grab some seats up there, which is always nice for a quick bite with a pal. I enjoyed the new theming and the staff was definitely on point during this visit. The current Winter seasonal menu is by-far my favorite and I love that the cinnamon chip pancakes are back again. If you visit during the winter season, definitely give them a try...or maybe just get one pancake as an 'appetizer' or 'dessert' - no matter when you eat it, you won't be disappointed. Service was excellent, and the power wrap was redeeming for the food I'd had here in the past. I will probably stick with that, as it was a tasty and healthy option. Our waitress was GREAT (wish I remembered her name... it was 2 weeks ago ‍). She was soo sweet with my girls (my 5 year old and I were wearing our Mickey ears and she was very cutely complimentary with my 5 year old about hers). The food was smaller portion sizes compared to traditional American portions, which we all enjoyed. The power wrap, prosciutto toast, carne asada hash, chickenchunga were all flavorful. The eggs on the hash were served over hard compared to what was ordered "over medium", and I upgraded my potatoes with the Parmesan cheese sauce and bacon bits. The quality of the food isn't bad for a chain restaurant and my coffee was piping hot so that's a big plus. Biscuit and gravy was a letdown though. The biscuit was too flaky and flat with a crunchy texture and the gravy bland. For me, the biggest letdown was the service from the moment we entered the restaurant. The front hostess was not friendly and with plenty of open tables, we waited almost 20 minutes. Our waitress was nice enough but way too slow and noticed she was multitasking like processing to-go orders, tending the bar, etc instead of taking our orders or checking to see if we needed refills. Staying in Orlando on a quick self-cation when I found this breakfast and brunch spot close to my Hilton hotel! Recently opened and ready for its first review! The parking lot ample parking space. Upon entrance, I am impressed on how new and beautiful the decor of this restaurant is! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. There is a wonderful bar towards the front entrance with a wide variety of cocktails available! There's also covered exterior seating for those looking to eat outside but still stay covered in case of the unexpected Florida rains! I found that there is plenty of seating in this franchise. I visited this location today . I will never take my family here ever again and I will also let others know this place is not a place to take your family. The plates and silverware were dirty with food still on them glasses dirty the pipkins and ramekins where dirty with food on the bottom . Don't know who is back there washing dishes but they need to be let go !!! Obviously they don't care nor know how to wash dishes properly.This ridiculous the way the dishes looked . The server had to bring more plates and utensils, and cups . I know this cannot be the first complaint about dirty dishes, utensils other customers were complaining as well . I wish I could had the dish washer and the manager come and sit down ant eat and drink from the plate that was given to me and drink out the cup I was given. I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down obviously the manger doesn't care either if so, the dishes would never be served to the customers in this manner . Decided to go here this morning since my wife and I had a great experience last time we were in town. Place was very busy, since I was a solo diner I was offered the counter which I took. Upon coming up to the counter two people had just left so I decided to take their spot. My area was quickly cleaned which I appreciated. One annoyance was that the guest never had their menus removed which they were no longer using so they were encroaching on my spot which wasn't great. I ordered a Mint Mocha Iced coffee and a Chickichanga breakfast. I'm pretty obsessed with the coffee drink and get it every time I come here. The chickichanga is more enchilada than chimichanga but I digress. It was good and filling. I especially enjoyed the chorizo and the tortilla texture considering it was sauced. The potatoes that were my side that I upgraded were meh. The potatoes were undercooked and didn't work well with the extra toppings. My server was great. He was very hardworking and friendly to all. As a tourist that lives in a place with a lot of great food it can be a bit challenging to find it in places out of town, but our server Michelle was amazing and gave us a few really good recommendations. We had the chickichangas and the granola almond crunch pancakes to eat, and the bloody mary and the cinnamon toast cereal milk for drinks! The First Watch at O-Town west is a darn good location with a great design which has lots of good open seating and a great porch/bar for good weather days. Food at First Watch in general is the gold standard in the area for fast-casual breakfast/lunch chains. You can expect slightly iffy or amazing service - it seems like new servers are working there every week and trying to get up to speed - but that's normal for this part of Orlando. I usually get an omelette which is always perfectly cooked and bacon which is perfectly crispy! Check on their app for wait times before you head over. read more
