This place used to be amazing when it first opened but unfortunately, the staff that used to work there has been replaced by people who don't care about the business they work for or the customers that it has. Service is terrible, food is not anywhere near what it used to be. I don't know who's doing the hiring in this place but they won't last much longer if they don't get some decent people working there. read more

The ideal spot for brunch, lunch, or breakfast is the brand-new First Watch location off Collier Blvd. The brunch we had was fantastic. Try the Bacon Cheddar Cornbread or the Traditional Eggs Benedict. Every server and hostess was incredibly kind and considerate. We had planned a Ladies Lunch and wanted to give this First Watch location a try. One out of four of our meals was great, the 3 egg veggie omelet. Two of us had the soup and sandwich and it was okay. Too bad for our guest of honor who had to wait an extra five minutes for her two poached eggs and toast. The eggs came in a little bowl. We all agreed that it was a bad presentation! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with both the food and the service I received at your location. I placed a to-go order shortly before closing yesterday, knowing I wouldn't be able to eat it right away. When I finally sat down to eat, the meal was genuinely unacceptable. The Pesto Power Bowl I order almost weekly from other First Watch locations across SWFL was poorly prepared, looked unappetizing, was missing silverware, and the portion was significantly smaller than usual. It looked as though whatever was left in the kitchen was simply thrown into the bowl, and there was barely any quinoa. Because the restaurant had already closed, I called first thing this morning on my way to work. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. He offered no apology, no concern, and when I asked to speak with a manager or request a refund, he refused both. I even explained that I still had the untouched food with me to return as proof, but I couldn't stop by without being late for work. I stated that if I'm able to get there before 2:30 p.m. today, I will. This is not the first issue I've had at this location. The last time I ordered the same dish here, it had bacon in it... even though this item is not supposed to contain bacon. AND I'M ALLERGIC. It is unacceptable for a location to be this careless, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. I order this exact dish regularly from multiple First Watch locations throughout SWFL, and this store is consistently the worst experience by far. The quality is inconsistent, the food is mediocre at best, and the customer service is severely lacking. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly. A refund and acknowledgment of the poor service would be appropriate, as well as corrective action with staff to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers. read more

We and my cousins walked in expecting to eat our food, have a good time, and leave. Little did we know that we would be sitting there for way too long! We ordered our food and expected to eat as a family but I was wrong. My cousins food came out a long time after ours and I ordered a side of home fries. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes till the waiter came back and I had to ask for my side and then he had the audacity to say "oh did you want those" ummmmmm I don't know maybe I ordered them for no fucking reason. Obviously I want them. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my hash. I also ordered something to go which also took forever to finally get. Waitress forgot to bring us cutlery and my syrup for our breakfast. When it came out it had the wrong meat ( burnt bacon). She eventually brought out the chicken sausage which looked good till I took a bite and turned it over. Burnt also. . Oh and no butter for pancakes read more

Wow. Just walked out if that tells you anything. Walked into the place at 8:10am leaving at 8:26 without being greeted, sat, or ordering. 2 servers on and only 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Both servers looked at us multiple times and never even bothered to come over. As we are even waving to them, one of the servers waived back. What a joke. read more

Went to the one at 951 & Rattlesnake. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and seemed very clean and welcoming- of course it is a pretty new location. The breakfast we all had was average, nothing outstanding that would make us come back. If I were to find myself there again I hope it would be lunch so I could try something different. Me and my fiancée went out for some breakfast on a lovely Sunday morning to this place. We walked in and seen it was pretty busy inside so we decided to sit outside. After being seated we proceeded to wait 30 minutes and no one has yet to come see us. I had to take matters into my own hands and ask the hostess to take our order! Then we had to wait another 10 minutes just for our water while a group of 4 a few tables from us came in after us and already got their water and had their order down. We eventually got our food and my fiancée's plate was missing ingredients and looked like it was sitting under the counter for days and my French toast that I was up charged 3$ for was the size of a potato!!! In the end our server finally showed herself after 2 different people were taking care of us and had their audacity to ask is everything alright. In the end our experience wasn't good at all. I don't want to keep bashing this place because we came here before and it was great overall but this visit really hurt us and we don't know if we can feel the same way about this specific location. read more

My wife and I went to First Watch on Collier Blvd yesterday Sunday and as we walked in we were greeted by 2 hostesses one was African American and I said how long for a she said 1 hour I said there are a lot of empty tables outside and it was just her attitude so we ended up sitting at the counter the breakfast was good. I went to pay for the cash for the check and the same girl was at the counter the check was for 35.27 and I gave her 2 20 dollar bills she gave me back 4 ones and I can't make because we don't have it instead of having a confrontation I walked out. I am writing this review a girl like that shouldn't be working at a place like First Watch which has a good reputation. read more
